You will feel at home.
Enjoy a nice and relaxing time in this 3 bedroom & 2.5 bath townhouse.
The master suite (2nd floor) feature a full bathroom with a walk in shower, a big walk-in closet, den/sitting area and a large screened balcony overlooking the lake.
A spacious 2nd Bedroom and the Guest bathroom with combined shower/tub are located on the 2nd floor.
The 3rd bedroom on the first floor with access to front patio

The Perfect Place for our stay in Wellington

We enjoyed our stay in this VRBO location. It was bright and clean, centrally located, and just the right fit for our group of 5 adults ranging in age from 22-88! We had lots of space in the living areas, and bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds. I asked for something specific in the home, and our owner was kind enough to supply it. The only issue we had was the entry code device, but we were able to access the key and that worked out great! Thanks for an easy, comfortable place to stay during time in Wellington!

Wellington House

Good place. Wonderful location. We took advantage of the events happening at the nearby park (food trucks, music). Safe comfortable house and neighborhood. Our only issues were: 1) need better pillows 2) top sheets on the beds vs just a comforter 3) master shower creates a large puddle on the bathroom floor. Minor inconveniences, but thought that I would point them out. Overall, a 4.5/5.

Railing

My only complaint I have is you need to have a railing on the stairs. My husband fell. Now he's having surgery on Jan 10 on his knee that he damaged. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Cant miss with this place.

Very nice home. Recently remodeled and spotlessly clean. No hint of animals, whether pet or service. This is important to me as I suffer with animal allergies. Great location. Close to retail/grocery stores. Owner responsive to questions

Spacious, Clean, Convenient Wellington Home

It has been wonderfully updated and provides space enough for couples or a family. Eateries are nearby. Plenty of utensils if you plan to cook. The master bes upstairs is a Serta and comfortable. No TV tho so if you like to fall asleep with a TV on keep that in mind. The neighborhood is quiet and we were here in July through a weekend. Great location for the agenda we had. In cooler weather the back yard is ready for hanging out.
