The Carriage house is a stylish apartment located along Boulevard Street! This will be the perfect place for couples or families to gather and connect. You will be just steps from Boardwalk pool!
The Space:
The location is everything at The Carriage House! The apartment is not only stylish but spacious, too! Accommodations include two cozy Queen size Beds as well as a set of Bunk Beds. The living and dining space provide plenty of seating for the whole group! The kitchen includes a toaster oven, air-fryer, fridge, and sink. This apartment has everything you need! A luxurious interior with a Smart TV, black-out blinds, and coffee provided will make for a great getaway!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment.

Carlton Landing is a walkable, resort-style community on the shore of Lake Eufaula. It offers all of the usual lake attractions with an upscale, new urbanism polish. Community amenities include parks, playgrounds, walking trails, pools, grills, restaurants and more. Come visit the place that has been called "The Seaside of Oklahoma"!

Parking for two vehicles is available.
