Enjoy this romantic studio with one of the best locations in Condado, San Juan. The view from our 11th floor balcony will take your breath away.

In this fully renovated studio, you'll have the essentials to spend an unforgettable stay. Small yet fully equipped kitchen (no oven), full bathroom, closet space, TV, dining area and the highlight of this studio: the spacious balcony.

Grab the beach chairs and cooler and walk down to the only swimmable beach in Condado- La Playita del Condado. From the back of the building you will be able to access the lagoon. A space to enjoy nature's sounds and views.

Our condominium has backup power for common areas and elevators.

We are located from:
Luis Munoz Marin International Airport: 10 minute drive
Old San Juan: 7 minutes drive
Beach Playita del Condado - 1 minute walk
El Yunque - 1 hour drive (depending on traffic)

Location, location, location! We loved staying by the water and the amazing view from the place. There was an issue checking in but it was resolved after about 30 minutes since we had a late check in. The apartment was clean and had supplies for the beach which was nice. I wish there would have been hot water and more towels, but I understand electricity is expensive. Thanks again for the lovely stay.

AC kept it nice and cool in the condo. Loved the location and the night life on the street below was so fun. We had everything we would have needed and loved our stay.

Accessing the location was a challenge, but it a cozy place with a great location. Close to everything. Worth the stay.

The suite was wonderful, beautiful view, clean, and plenty spacious. The only downside was the elevator only worked about half the time. Being on 11th floor was nice for the view but my wife and I both have bad knees and the stairs were very difficult. We also only had one beach towel and no washcloths.

My Wife and I stayed here for a week for our Honey/Baby Moon and it was incredible! The condo we stayed in was small and cozy for the both of us and the A/C felt amazing after a long day outdoors. Glenda made check in/out easy and was always quick with replies to any questions we had. I highly recommend anyone to stay here if you're visiting PR!

Glenda was a wonderful host and her place was just as described! Everything was up to date and modern. The view from the balcony of the Laguna on one side and the ocean on the other side was a major plus! Check in easy! Check out easy! Location Location Location!! Definitely an option for when I travel back to San Juan

Super nice place

We enjoyed our stay and we will definitly be back. Coundo is quite, safe and cozy with beautiful ocean and bay view from the balcony. We loved how close is to Condado restaurants, shopping and beaches. Thank you a great service!

Absolutely a Gem in Condado

I loved my time here with my wife in Puerto Rico and this Vrbo was absolutely great. The view of both the Lagoon and Beach were wonderful to see each day and the room was super comfy. It is near everything in the condado region and only a 15 minute drive or so to Old San Juan. Would come back here again.
