Our host, Lou, was very informative, and quick to answer any questions we had. The condo was really nice, clean and well appointed. The view was beautiful, and we will miss the sound of the waves as we fall asleep tonight. The only cons were the mattress was too soft for us. And, it would be nice if there were a few more empty drawers/cabinets for guests to put things. Great place to stay! Thank you Lou.

Everything was as described in the info on the website.. the place was very clean and in a great location. The staff there were all friendly and so was the host . Very communicative with me and cared that we had all we needed . All supplies were plentiful! Which is the best I have seen in places I have stayed

Apartment is everything as described. The view and sound of the waves made it perfect! Very responsive host, good building security. Neighborhood has quite a few restaurants all within walking distance, plus a grocery store nearby.

We got off to a little rough start because the power went out due to hurricane Erin. But Sunday morning, the power came back on, and the rest of the trip was really, really good. The apartment is very convenient and well stocked.!

My stay was 4 days. I arrived early before check in at 3pm. Louis allowed us to check in early which was at 12pm. The place it’s perfect for 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Sunrise and Sunset. The kitchen was clean and all the utilities needed. The free parking was the best and walking distance from to everything.

Close to everything, including a grocery store. Safe, very walkable neighborhood. Building quiets down in the evening. Beach at the doorstep.

Sunrise Sunset view!

It was wonderful in Puerto Rico and our place was facing the ocean it was such a beautiful view ! The place had all the stuff to cook , beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and more it was a nice cozy place we felt like home there. The area was walking distance to restaurants, casinos, and beaches. We definitely will be back .

Property had an amazing view and the owner was super helpful and flexible with our schedule after landing late. Apartment was very clean and it a great location, with plenty to do all around. Dozens of restaurants and stores within 15 minute walking distance. Parking was easy to navigate and very useful as we got a rental to travel the island during our stay. Beach is quickly accessible out the back, with a provided key. Pool is clean and taken care of. Would recommend and will be staying again in the future!

Amazing views and location

Great oceanfront location on the 12th floor. The beach views were amazing and it never felt too crowded. Great launching point for Old San Jauan & El Yunque tours.

Great location, nice unit and an absolutely killer ocean view. Lou the host was very accommodating. Look past the exterior renovations and have a great time.

Excellent apartment view is amazing!

Property was excellent the parking can be a little crazy. There is construction happening right now but it won't disturb you. The front entrance can be a challenge watch for traffic if your driving beware. Overall the listing was great and the host was amazing.

The apartment was great but the building needs a lot of TLC. I know there have been natural disasters but the surrounding buildings have made much more progress.

Puerto Rico Getaway

This property was very clean and homey. It is well situated, easy walking distance to many great restaurants and only a few minutes from a freeway. The ocean view is marvelous. The owner provided all sorts of equipment for use on the beach. The property also has a very nice pool.

Condado charm!

Convenient location in Condado, on the beach with wonderful balcony view of water. Huge pool! Very clean apt., very comfortable & communication was excellent. Lots of extras for beachgoing, & having a parking spot was great. Will definitely be back!

Overall the apartment was nice has a decent size kitchen area open space living area and the bedroom is very cozy. The view of the ocean spectacular. Although the facade of the building is old there are repairs going on but it does not affect your stay. The building inside is very clean. Everything is walking distance especially since the building is located on Ashford Ave one of the main avenues in Condado and you can find many restaurants and stores. The other perk to this stay is the beach you just go down the elevator to the pool area and the beach is right there. The host Lou was very professional and polite and answered all my questions and concerns. I kept this location as one of my favorite stays and would stay here again.

Great stay!

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in this apartment for 10 days. It was as pictured & described and very clean. It also has a beautiful beach view! The apartment was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Communication with the owner and the property manager was straightforward and easy. Any questions I had were answered quickly. All building staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs available. The beach access gate was secure but easy to use. The beach was not crowded and was clean. Grocery, Walgreens, and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is a gated entrance to the property with a 24 hour guard present to monitor car and pedestrian access. There is another 24 hour security guard at the building entrance. The parking lot, exterior areas, and interior common areas were clean and well-lit. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again. We had a great stay!
