Our stay was perfect because of the location, host promptness and having the beach just steps away. We also loved having the pool as the sea was rough during our trip. We had everything we needed for a large group in the kitchen, beach towels, sitting areas. Each family member was able to enjoy family activities and solo times. We felt we were in paradise.

Every thing was perfect. From commutation with property managers, easy check in, amenities,views , local restaurants,nearby attractions, friendly locals. Such a wonderful experience. I would recommend it and would book again next time for two weeks. One was not enough.

Atlantic Sands Oasis was a wonderful home base for our family vacation in Puerto Rico.Javier and Lupe are exceptional hosts. We were fortunate to meet Javier during our stay and truly appreciated his warmth, responsiveness, and hospitality. He even helped arrange a deep-sea fishing trip for four members of our group to depart from the marina 3 minutes from the property. We traveled with a group of 14, and the layout worked beautifully for us. We loved having the pool, hot tub, beachfront location, and rooftop gathering space. Our days were filled with volleyball, cornhole, and basketball in the pool, and our evenings were spent on the rooftop enjoying dinner and sunsets.A few things future guests should know:• The spiral staircases to the pool level and rooftop are steep and narrow, so it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.• Sand fleas were very active during our stay, especially at dusk.• The property sits on a busy road, and road noise was noticeable when we were inside• The washer and dryer work but are older, and cost 1.50 per load.• Indoor seating is limited for larger groups, but the rooftop comfortably accommodated our family for meals and gatherings.Some favorite nearby activities and restaurants:• Cueva del Indio• Cueva Ventana• Gozalandia Falls• Bermudas • Islote Beach Bar & Grill• Salitre• SimpleWe made wonderful memories here and are grateful to Javier and Lupe for this authentic Puerto Rican escape!

This house has stunning views, it’s located on a busy street so noise is a bit annoying. The AC works great! The rooms are in need of a few repairs.

My stay at the beach house in Arecibo, Puerto Rico was unforgettable. The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Hidden Gem!Everything about this place was amazing. The scenery was picture-perfect — with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Our group of 20 fit comfortably in the house, and Javier, our host, was extremely responsive throughout our stay. Between the pool and the easy beach access, we hardly needed to leave the property!The rooftop space was a fantastic gathering spot where we enjoyed music, games, and great company. The driveway easily accommodated our four rental cars, and we appreciated the scheduled pool cleaning and landscaping during the week — it really made a difference.We celebrated four birthdays during our stay, and each celebration was perfect! The only minor downside was the presence of sand bugs/fleas, which seemed to bother just a few of us.Overall, it was an unforgettable trip — thank you for the wonderful stay and lasting memories!

Property is great! The view is absolutely beautiful and we fully enjoyed the yard/pool and rooftop. Showers had hott water and good pressure. ACs kept the house cool. The house also has a crib, toddler bed and pack n play. Great for everyone! Only things to mention, which the host cannot control, is the bugs at night! Our whole group is covered in bites.. the bugs coke out right after the sun goes down so i suggest a movie night (which we did the last 2 nights) also the beach is wild with huge waves and rip currents-were all grown great swimmers (those who went in) and even we were thrashed and kinda scared! It was a blast nonetheless

Awesome Stay!

This is a great place for a family vacation. it's very spacious and the amenities are great. Being able to walk right to the beach is very impressive. the pool area was so much fun for the family. Definitely would recommend!

Javier was pretty responsive to problemas, I just wish there weren't so many problemas. Hot tub was a cold tub. Javi said they got a new heater, but not for us. A/c not central, fortunate for me I like the heat. Difficult having 4 small kitchens, instead of one large, especially for a large group. Door handle broke, so we couldn't close the door securely, fixed next day. Shower head stem rusted and snapped off, but Javi had it fixed the next day. Power went out for a day, but generator worked well. Plenty of parking and protected off of the pretty ghetto neighborhood. Nice pool and yard overlooking the beach. Clean beaches. Kinda far from most of the popular activities. Mixed bag, pretty ok place. Seem like nice people.

As with any oceanfront property, occasional wear is normal due to the salt air, but we are always committed to addressing any issue immediately to ensure our guests are comfortable. We’re also glad our large generator kept the entire villa fully powered and air-conditioned during the citywide outage. Our air-conditioning system is working perfectly, and recent guests have shared how much they enjoyed the cool, comfortable temperature throughout their stay. To clarify the layout: each first-level studio includes its own small kitchenette for convenience, and there is a full, spacious main kitchen on the second level designed for families who want to gather, cook, and spend time together. Regarding your comment about the neighborhood, we want to reassure you that the area is safe and home to hardworking local families. It offers an authentic Puerto Rican atmosphere, and many guests appreciate the warmth, hospitality, and genuine cultural experience the community provides. We choose this location to develop our Villa because its located in a beautiful sandy beach year round (No Rocks) right at the north center of the island, where you can enjoy all kind of activities and at the same time you are close to all attractions over the east,west & south of the island.
