Tropical Oasis on top of the clouds! Close to many memorable adventures!

Casa Sabana is a large and modern home on top of the clouds! Each bedroom has it’s own Mini split AC unit for comfortable sleeping conditions. There is plenty of space for large groups or spending time with a small family and friends. There are 3 beautiful acres to explore and harvest your own tropical fruit when in season. There are many terrace’s and dining area’s to choose from for gathering and relaxing. The large terrace has breathtaking views and 5 hammocks for relaxing and taking in the magnificent nature that surrounds you. There is a beautiful spring at the bottom of the 3 acres with small waterfalls and pools for cooling off. It is a beautiful, but challenging hike. You will find tropical flowers, fruit (when in season) and magical trees on this path, so take your time and enjoy! The house is located about 15 minutes from town,. The roads are paved and safe but you do have to drive up the mountain to get the views. We have a working 24 hour security camera aimed at the driveway and front gate for your safety. Also an outdoor security camera aimed towards the road at the rear of the property so that you are safely protected 24/7.

A Peaceful Stay in Beautiful Utuado

We had such a lovely stay at this home. I appreciate that it allowed me to be close to visit family in Utuado but also was a peaceful stay up in the mountains. We spent three nights and enjoyed it all. The hosts were great and we enjoyed one meal from Carmen that was delicious!

Great option away from the city

We enjoyed our stay! The view is amazing! We previously spent a week near San Juan so the country experience was a perfect change.

A beautiful view

We had a great stay at Casa Sabana. The house was just as described and pictures accurate. The beds were comfortable. The house was spacious and welcoming. We had a great stay!

Paradise

Great house, comfortable beds, the views were beautiful, the host were friendly and responsive when we had questions. Their suggestions on places see and places to eat were the best! Oops I mean don’t listen to them because we want to keep them for ourselves. LOL The drive to the house as others said is an adventure in itself if you have never driven in PR. Just book it you wont regret it at all!

Wonderful experience!!!

My husband, my grown children, and I had an amazing time! The house was wonderful, and we enjoyed laying in the hammocks and watching the sunsets! Christy was incredibly helpful with information on the area and was prompt to respond before and during the trip. She even helped me get a birthday cake delivered for my son! I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for all of your help and hospitality!

Restful and remote home

The property is quite large and is a nice island house. The bedrooms have air conditioning and it seems like the house has undergone some renovations as many parts look new. The best feature of the house is the very large porch with multiple hammocks. We spent most our time here. The host was fantastic and ensured we had everything we need. The only surprise was the location. The map on VRBO is not correct and the home is further away from the city than indicated on the site.

This is the one!!

If you are wondering if you should book this beautiful home. Stop wondering and just book it you wont regret it. The pictures are beautiful but in person it is breath taking. The view alone is amazing and the house just as beautiful. My family and I stood for a week and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything is as described and the hosts would occasionally send a text to make sure everything was alright. Would definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation. Special thanks to our hosts for making sure that everything went smooth for us. And cant wait to visit again

It was an adventure just getting to the house.

I rated the online description, location, and property 3 stars because I felt that it should be mentioned that the property is not easily accessible. Although the directions were accurate, it was not stated clearly that the house is situated in a remote location. For us, we enjoyed the adventure, but for families or individuals unfamiliar with the area, it could be a stressful experience. Overall, the house is great and a perfect fit for adventurers. Make sure you stop to get grocercies before you get to the house.

Magical home in the clouds for nature lovers with a fantastic host!

We had a great 2 night stay and wished we had more time! Christina was an excellent host! I reached out to her several times and she was always readily available. She even delivered dinner our first night! The house is literally on top of the clouds, but is easily accessible. The roads felt safe and we didn't have any difficulty navigating them in a sedan. The hardest part was remembering which turns to take (Google Maps wasn't cooperating), but Christina and her husband helped us every time! The home itself is clean and very roomy. Our favorite place was outside on the upstairs balcony, The kids even slept in the hammocks. The home is surrounded by nature and tropical plants and trees. My husband loved all the fruit growing on the property. Christina left us avocados, bananas and guaba (super yummy)! We also enjoyed our hike to the small spring. Our favorite nearby activity was a tour with Batey Adventures to go cave kayaking. Highly recommend Jorge! Also had a great time at Canon Blanco. Thank you Christina for a lovely stay!! We hope to see you again!
