Artsy beach cottage with private entrance guest suite. Opens to private patio. Lush gardens. Free parking in driveway. Fully fenced yard. Pet Friendly. Neighborhood great for walking, biking. Free bicycles to ride to beach or around town. Central Naples location, 3 miles north of 5th Ave S. 1.5 mile south of Mercato. 1 mile to Waterside Shops, the heart of fine dining, 1 mile east of Village at Venetian Bay. Everything provided for fun beach time.
Studio has kitchenette, many good delis and take out nearby. Keurig with coffee & tea provided to enjoy on private patio.
Outdoor shower is wonderful experience all year round.

Relaxing and comfortable

Rustic, artistic, comfortable. Loved it. Loved the outdoor shower. Just know what you are booking. Very nice and generous host. It is what it is. Charming but not for everyone.

Private and Relaxing

My time at this stay was very good. The Hostess is very nice and anything you need, she is there for you. As the ad stated there is no kitchen, But shared with the laundry/ toilet room is a microwave, toaster oven, under counter Refrigerator, and Coffee maker. If you get take out you will be able to bring it back and eat in the room or in the outdoor private patio. As for the shower as the ad states it’s located outside the patio area with full privacy and with the big shower head it’s Great! For one or a couple that needs to save some money and will be out and about a lot. This would work very well. I will definitely use this place again.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay even with the outdoor shower. The weather was perfect for it. Delta was super nice, responsive and accommodating. The beach was close. I think the closest beach with restrooms is Lowdermilk Park. Lots of restaurants near her place as well. Would return!

Give it a try

this unit has anything you need for your stay. The washer and dryer are newer. It has a very Comfortable bed, powerful outdoor rain shower which we’ve never experienced , but was pleased with the strong water pressure and It’s Very secluded. For the price it’s tough to beat. We were gone most of the time anyway, to the beach and dinner. You’re in a suite that is attached to her home, Delta was very kind and attentive but respectful of your privacy.

Perfect Studio Apartment

The facility was much much more than I expected. The bed was really comfortable. Big screen TV was perfect. The table and chairs were a nice touch along with the leather sofa. The private patio area was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed the outside shower. One of life's simple pleasures. Thanks to Delta for being such a gracious host. Highly recommend.
