This private carriage house sits in the Historic District behind a 1910 Grand Victorian which is listed on the National Historic Registry. The carriage house has been newly renovated and is situated atop the garage. Features a modern full kitchen, king bed, living area with pull out sofa for extra sleeping if needed, and full bathroom.

Very comfortable loft style apartment. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet surrounding of this central location. The hosts were very responsive before and during our trip. We had everything we needed when we arrived and found nothing we needed to request during our stay. Its open concept was roomy and inviting. I would highly recommend this location and hosts.
