Care-fully renovated cabin w/ attention to detail. This home offers a rustic cabin feel w/ a grasp on modern design & amenities. This large corner lot offers privacy w/ soaring mature trees surrounding. You're able enjoy all that the Northwoods offers: Snowmobiling(trail is around corner,) (Ice)fishing, Hunting(nearby public land,) Hiking, Biking, beautiful big and small lakes for Boating, Paddle boarding/Kayaking, Swimming. For winter fun there is a Sports Park w/in 10 min drive for skiing, sledding, etc. Home is decorated for the Holiday's if you wish you spend the Holiday's in a cozy cabin. You can enjoy a meal or drink on the large deck or patio situated w/ comfy seating and views. Driveway offers easy ability for large trucks and trailers to maneuver.

Cranfest Weekend

Perfect place for our annual Cranfest weekend. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. The area the cabin is in is very quiet and it's just the right amount of seclusion. We had everything we needed for the stay.

Bachelor weekend

Great place to hangout and grill/cook, play in the yard, and hangout by the fire. Very spacious and room to sleep and hangout out. Wonderful location, not far from anything but still tucked into the woods perfectly. Would book again!

Disappointed

The whole reason I booked this house is because of the fireplace and it was broken. So was the pullout bed. And the patio door. The home was nice except lots of lady bugs everywhere. I came here with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day weekend expecting a romantic get away and when we learned the fireplace didn’t work we were extremely disappointed.

UTV Riding Weekend

This cabin was great for the weekend. Only a few changes we would make 1) Upgraded/Larger grill and TV. Granted, we weren't there to watch TV but a better TV and a nicer grill would go a long ways.

Proximity to trail was great. We have been frequently visiting the Hatfield area to ride the trails with are kids. Loved the house, loved the location. Would definitely think about staying here again. Great house!

Pine Place property was perfect for our weekend atv/utv trip with family. Clean, quiet and great size to fit 2 families of 4. Close to the atv trails and convenience store if you forgot anything.

Relaxing

We came to go UTVING and hiking! It was wonderful. The trails were super and very easy to find. We also enjoyed the hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing birthday weekend!

We loved our stay at pine place. The cabin is so homelike and there was so much space. The deck was beautiful to sit out on and the neighborhood was quiet. There was everything you could need at the house. 10/10 recommend this cabin!

Nice area

It wasn't clean when we got there so I left a message with Nadine and she called back in a reasonable amount of time and sent the cleaning ladies over in less than a half hour and took care of it I dont think it was Nadine's fault I think the cleaning crew dropped the ball . So it was really no big deal .Probably my only complaint was the grill It's like a $30 walmart piece of junk I think she could pop for a better grill

Great place

The cabin was great, super cute decor. The only complaint I have is I thought we were on the water, or a close walk to the beach. We had no view of rhe water, and had to drive to public beach. There was no firewood for us to use, which was fine, but didnt know that until we got there. With all of the issues bringing wood from another state, it would have been nice to have had local wood for us to use. Instead, we had to buy once we got there (from campground by the beach). Overall, was good but really no water access.

Needs Improvement

I am not one to leave bad reviews, however I have to be honest so others are aware of issues that we had with this property. We have rented numerous vacation rentals and this one is definitely at the bottom of our list. First, the AC was off when we got there at 4:00 PM and it was 80 degrees in the house and 90 degrees outside. We turned on the AC and it took until the next morning to cool down. The temperature inside would barely even move after running for hours. I reached out to the property manager and she said the just slowly take the temperature down and it should get better overnight. The first night we were there the kids struggled to sleep and even the adults were frustrated thinking the house would be ready when we got there. Not the case. We rented the house partially because it has AC, so I would think it would either cool down fast or be ready for when we get there. Our next issue was the mattresses and pillows. Very uncomfortable and much worse than anything I have used. Lastly, the essential items such as garbage bags are very scarce and thats something I am not used to. The location is perfect and the area is beautiful. I just think there are some upgrades that need to happen and maybe change some practices in order to make it better.

Perfect area for side by side trail riding!! There are only a few options for food close by and not much options for breakfast. I would bring up some of your own food/snacks. The lake is right across the road and is absolutely beautiful!! You cannot fish right across the road you have to go to boat dock down the road. We loved the area and you will see deer in the yard. They have a fire pit with a little patio which is perfect to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Only stayed 2 days and it wasn’t long enough will definitely be back for a longer stay!! 😊

Good time!

Rented because we have small grandchildren and it is not directly on the water. Everything that we needed was in the home. Large lot and close to park and beach. Host response was very prompt and answered our all our questions.

Family vacay

This was a great property. There was adequate space, beds etc. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a LARGE property so the kids played basketball (hoop/ ball provided), able to play volleyball in the yard. The firepit and patio were great for nightly guys and cookouts. We were right around the corner from the lake. It was GREAT for us. Nadine was so quick to respond, VERY helpful with local activities. It was such a home away from home. Well definitely stay again! Thanks for the memories.

It is a partial A-frame with so much character throughout. I spent a great deal of time personally restoring and renovating this home. It was in rough condition when I purchased it.
