The Outer Cod is newly renovated in 2023. We are in a wonderful location with everything the cape has to offer within a short distance so you can have a perfect vacation!

The property is owned and managed by local owners who guarantee you will have a wonderful week on Cape Cod. It is located on a very quiet and wooded lot in a residential neighborhood. There is an in-ground heated saltwater pool with spacious pool deck and pool bar. There is ample outdoor living space with an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven to enjoy. There is a 3 season room with screens to enjoy the evening breeze. Open the backyard gate and away you go on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Minutes to bay and ocean beaches, it is the perfect spot to enjoy visiting Cape Cod.

Eastham is often referred to as the "Gateway" to the Outer Cape. It is isolated from the commercial and suburban areas, yet a short drive to Hyannis Port, the Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket ferry service, whale watches and hundreds of other Cape Cod attractions. Eastham is home to Cape Cod’s oldest working windmill, built in the 1680s.

Great pond is .1 miles away and Coast Guard Beach is 2.0 down the road.
Close encounter(bay beach) is a short 3 minute drive down the back roads.
An 8 minute walk on the bike trail to Arnold's Lobster and Clam bar.
Close to the Salt Pond Visitor Center museum and popular 1.5 mile Nauset Marsh trail. Eastham is a central location to explore all that Cape Cod has to offer.

The newly renovated kitchen has all new appliances, sink, countertops. We have a finished basement and plenty activities for adults and kids, including ping pong, fuseball, NFL Blitz video game, mini fridge and a 70 inch flat screen TV to enjoy. There is also a 3 season room with screens to enjoy the outdoors while being indoors! Eat in kitchen as well as a formal dining room to enjoy meals with friends and family. Your days can be spent relaxing at the beach, taking a Seal Tour in Chatham, Whale Watch in Provincetown, wine tasting at Truro Vineyards, and more —Cape Cod has so much to offer! Return home after a day at the beach to take an outdoor shower, jump in the heated pool and unwind with friends and family under the stars from the comfort of your own backyard. Cook dinner in the kitchen, on the grill, or use the brand new pizza oven. Other amenities include WiFi, SmartTV, central A/C, and washer/dryer.

Stayed here with my family for my birthday. Loved the pool and game room in the basement. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again.

This is a premiere property! It feels very spacious (house and grounds), with room to spread out and enjoy various activities. It is equipped with anything anyone could ever want -- kitchen, board games, pool towels, you name it! The location is convenient to everything -- yet it feels quiet and secluded. Lots of lovely flowers, well-tended. Love this vacation home!

Beautiful pool and yard. Perfect location.

This house is beautifully decorated, especially the main floor. The screened-in porch was so relaxing. We all enjoyed the pool and the lovely patio area surrounding it. The beds were all uncomfortable. The sheets on one of the beds were very dirty upon arrival.

Fun and relaxing!

Our multi-generation family of 6 really enjoyed staying here. There was room for everyone to do fun things together (pool, game, movie, cooking and meal time) and plenty of space to relax and have quiet time! Proximity to the rest of the Cape Cod outdoor activities was superb. We biked, walked or drove to beaches, ponds, ice cream, to go out to dinner, to get groceries, and to watch a drive-in movie! Nothing we wanted was more than 10 mins away. The landscaping and grounds are well maintained and the home was very clean. We would stay here again!

A beautiful home

A few friends and I enjoyed our annual girls’ weekend at this beautiful home! What more could you ask for…from the cleanliness of the home, to the communication with the hosts, and the amenities of the house, all was great. We really lucked out with a beautiful fall day where we were able to hang out at and in the heated pool and then tried our hand at the pizza over. The only downside…leaving:) It’s a beautiful home, great location, responsive hosts, and was clean and cozy. 5 stars for sure!

Our family of 8 was so comfortable in this house. It was beautifully landscaped. Loved how private and cozy it felt. Definitely made use of the rail trail in the backyard. It was an easy walk down to Arnold’s for mini golf and ice cream. We had a couple runners in the house that also enjoyed the having a safe place to run. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was also so nice to have so many bath, beach, and swim towels provided. Huge plus! Temps were like mid 60s all week so having the kids be able to swim in the heated pool late afternoons or evenings was amazing. We had 4 teens with us so the game room/basement made a great space for them to disappear. This location made it easy to explore the entire cape. We rent houses for vacation several times a year and this one was definitely a family favorite. Thank you so much for sharing the property with our family! Host was incredibly responsive and easy communicate with.

A wonderful stay

The property was as described - clean, spacious, well equipped and had great flow. The pool and surrounding area were clean and very comfortable. Pizza nights with the kids/family was fun and exciting while utilizing the wonderful outdoor pizza oven at the house. Outdoor grilling area was great as was the outdoor shower. A lot quality time was spent in the screened-in sunroom. Folks were responsive to our questions, which helped ensure a comfortable stay - we would certainly stay here again! Can’t ask for too much more. Proximity (through a fenced door) to the walking/riding trail was an added perk. Thank you for sharing your home!

Amazing Stay

I didn't really want to leave a review because then everyone will know how great the property is and it will get booked up. Just kidding (sort of :-)) Everything about this property was as listed. The bedrooms are huge offering lots of space with very comfortable beds. We throughly enjoyed the screened in porch, outside dinners on the deck, the pizza oven, game room, and of course the pool. The location is perfect. You can bike to the ocean or bay. The house is on the bike path but there is lots of privacy. If I had anything to say negatively - it would be that there should be more large cutting boards in the kitchen, but that's really stretching to find a negative. We will be booking again. It's was just a wonderful stay.

Where comfort meets luxury!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with this rental! It was truly a private oasis from the madness of the city. The hosts were friendly, responsive and attentive to detail both before and during our stay. The home was clean and well-appointed. There was so much to do! We had some rain during our trip and there were plenty of places to gather and lounge inside - my sons and their friends loved the basement that was well-equipped with foosball, an arcade style video game, ping pong and plenty of space for a movie night in sleeping bags. The main floor is a great place to gather with two living areas and two eating areas. The 3 season porch is beautiful and was a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of tea and feel like you’re outside even when it’s pouring out. As nice as the home is, the phenomenal outdoor space is really the highlight - a fantastic grill, pizza oven and eating space sit at one end and a large in ground pool surrounded by lounge chairs, a bar with a TV and an covered lounge area sit at the other. This rental was thoughtfully planned and it shows! (From awesome pool toys to a lock on the pool area that prevents littles from wandering in...) When traveling in groups I love it when there are plenty of places for your entire group to be together and plenty of nooks if you want to hide away with a book! It is the perfect intersection of comfort and function and we cannot wait to return! We’re already planning our trip for next year!
