This was our second time staying at this home. We were thrilled to find that the outdoor shower was still hooked up this time and we were able to enjoy outside showers during our stay. The home was just as clean and well stocked as our last stay. We love the proximity to the private beach across the street as well as how close we are to Rt 6 and all the places we enjoy going. It's also wonderful having First Encounter Beach a short drive or walk away. We would definitely book this home again for our future trips to the Cape.

Lovely Cape House

Clean, beautiful house, thoughtfully laid out, and well-stocked. Rental management staff (Del Mar) was friendly and engaged throughout our stay.

Wonderful home by the beach

What a fantastic place! It was only the two of us so many of the bedrooms went unused. Very new, clean and comfortable with plenty of room for a family stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Walk to public beach access was at the most 5 min! Would definitely stay there again!

Return to the Cape

Have been vacationing in Eastham for 50+ years, and this was a very nice addition to that tradition. Three generations in the house. Clean, comfortable home, great location, quick jaunt to the beach. Air conditioning a plus during a hot, humid weekend.

Beautiful property

House was immaculate and so comfortable. Beautiful location, everything was exactly as advertised- no surprises! Could use more outdoor furniture for sure, and first house I’ve ever rented in CC in over 20 years that didn’t have a lobster pot!🤪🦞 Would rent again and highly recommend!

Amazing house in a great location!

Our family of four rented this house for one week this summer, and we loved it; we have two 5-year-olds, and it was a great place for all of us. While there, we had family visit us, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is newly built, immaculate, very comfortable, and well equipped, and the location can't be beat! We walked about two minutes to a private section of First Encounter beach each day and loved how much space we had; we also loved watching the sunsets over the bay. The rental agency was great and kept us informed of everything we needed to know from the moment we rented up until checkout. We highly recommend this house and plan to rent once again next year!

A fabulous stay in Eastham

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Of all the homes we have stayed in, this was probably our favorite. The house felt brand new with plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved having beach access right up the street and the beach was so peaceful and felt like our own slice of heaven. The house was also well stocked with everything we needed and we loved having some board games to play. Be advised that the home is an ‘upside down’ home so the living space is on the top floor while the bedrooms are on the first and lower levels so there are quite a bit of stairs to walk up and down. The only disappointment was that the outdoor shower was already winterized and we were not able to take advantage of it. This was unfortunate since it is only the end of September and the weather is still well above freezing both during the day and at night. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect rental especially for 2020

We were very happy with our stay and experience at this property. We needed to get the kids out of the house and to the ocean. Having a property on a private beach and steps away was just right for us. We had 5 kids aging from 2-11. The easy walk to the ocean was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped which was great because we ate all our meals here. The bed rooms were roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Property managers were always available for questions as well.

Great family house!

This house is absolutely beautiful and the location can’t be beat, steps to the beach and a nice big lawn the kids can play on when not at the beach. House had everything we could need, set-up was great for our 3 families. The beach was absolutely beautiful, especially for young kids, ours spent the entire time in the huge tidal pools! Linens being provided was amazing and service and communication were prompt!

Best Vacation House!!!

We have 5 kids and have stayed at a lot of vacation homes from Hawaii to Italy! This is one of the best we’ve ever stayed. It’s Beautifully decorated, easy to settle into, not overdecorated and well equipped! It’s so close to First Encounter Beach - a not to miss historic spot.

Beautiful Vacation Home

A beautiful property with great access to the calm bay beach. Home is brand new and very clean. Lots of space and well appointed for a comfortable stay. Kids loved the supply of board games, Mom and Dad appreciated the convenience of linens, cleaning supplies, and even laundry baskets (do a lot of cleaning up after little ones)! Great proximity to rail trail as we’ll. By far the nicest Cape rental we’ve stayed at.

Gorgeous house in a great location

This is a fantastic beach house. Just a couple houses away from steps down to the beach on a quiet street. The house itself is virtually brand new and very well done. The kitchen (which we used extensively!) has everything you need and is completely open to the dining and living area. This entire area is the top floor of the house, so it gets great light all day and is spectacular during the sunsets. There is also a small deck off this level so you can sit and eat outside. The bedrooms layout is great for extended family. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and the fourth is down on the bottom floor. The house lot slopes so this bedroom is NOT below grade, but it is very private from the rest of the house and was perfect since my mother-in-law stayed with my wife and I and our two children on this trip. Plenty of room and an ideal layout for everyone. Would definitely recommend this house. We look forward to returning next year!
