NO LOUD MUSIC, PARTIES, OR DISTURBANCES. SMALL GATHERINGS ARE PERMITTED WITH A MAX OF 10 PEOPLE OCCUPYING THE HOME AT ONE TIME. PLEASE ABID BY QUIET HOURS (11pm-7am SUN-THR and FRI/SAT 1am-7am) TO AVOID DISTURBANCES TO RESIDENCES IN HOA COMMUNITY. FT WORTH POLICE WORK AND LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY AND WILL BE CALLED FOR DISTURBANCES. IF AUTHORITIES ARE CALLED TO THE PROPERTY, THIS WILL LEAD TO TERMINATING THE RESERVATION AND MUST LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. HOUSE RULES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE. THE HOST WILL PROVIDE CONTACT INFORMATION 24 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME WHATSOEVER. DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS ARE LOCATED ON THE BACK PATIO. PLEASE DISGARD ALL CIGARETTE BUTTS AND USED TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN DESIGNATED ASHTRAYS OUTDOORS.

PLEASE CLEAN UP BEHIND PETS AND PICK UP DROPPINGS IN YARD SPACE AND WHILE TAKING DOGS FOR WALKS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

DOOR CODE FOR ENTRY WILL BE PROVIDED 24-48 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN.
