Jan Sofat LUX is a brand new resort within the secured and gated area of Jan Sofat. This beautifully designed resort offers a very large salt water pool including a waterfall, pool terraces, relax area’s, grill area and beautiful tropical landscaping which will make you feel like you are in paradise.

The Jan Sofat area is centrally located to the east of Willemstad. Jan Sofat is surrounded by the Spanish water which brings a wonderful breeze throughout the resort. Jan Sofat is unique because of its own harbor. In the vicinity of Jan Sofat you will find many amenities as restaurants, mini malls, health centers and petrol stations.

Famous beaches such as Caracas Bay and Jan Thiel Beach are within an easy reach of 10 minutes drive. Sea Aquarium Boulevard with its popular Cabana Beach and Bonita Beach club is also about 10 minutes drive. Downtown Willemstad is about 20 minutes away.

- Appartement is located on the first floor, one flight up from ground level.

Beautiful complex!

Very clean and well serviced. Jan Tiel beach is close by but the best beaches are 30 min away so car rental a must. Enjoyed our 2 week stay!

We enjoyed our stay and the unit but there were some discrepancies. In the US "first floor" means on the ground. This property has 13 steps with no handrail-to get in and out. There was no microwave-even though listed- which made reheating hot drinks and making popcorn...etc. more difficult than if there were the advertised microwave. I asked about it but never got an acceptable response. The pool is wonderful and the garden path was beautiful. The location is good and the bed was comfortable. I just wish we could have had personal communication by text for questions.

We understand that terminology can vary internationally, and thanks to your comment we have now updated our listing to clearly indicate that the apartment is located one level above ground, so future guests know exactly what to expect. Regarding the microwave, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. The unit is equipped with a combination oven/microwave, and we recognize that this was not clearly communicated. Simply amazing

We had an amazing time at Jan Sofat Lux. Everything you could think of was in the apartment, the resort is beautiful (as is the whole area). Very safe because of the 24-7 guards. We will definitely come back!!!

Great stay!

The bungalow at Jan Sofat LUX 32 was great. Spacious, clean, nicely decorated. The location is good if you are planning to stay in the area of Jan Sofat, Janthiel. We loved the balcony, the garden, and the pool area. It was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was great! They were always very attentive and responsive. Highly recommended!!
