We had a small problem with communication in the beginning but other than that everything was great. Beautiful home and actually clean when we got there. Everything was as it should be and any and all questions were answered or taken care of.

Overall condition was good. Master sheets were thin and should be replaced soon, and the mattress in the master is softer than I cared for and the internet signal is weak in the living room.

We were a group of six in town for the Renn Faire. Was a comfortable, clean stay with ample room for all of us. Would recommend!

The property was great and really close to our family’s wedding in Tomball. Only negative thing was we saw a roach.

Nice Stay

The home was clean, It is a duplex so parking was a little tight for 2 vehicles and garage is too small to park in unless you have a small car. Inside the home was great. The back yard devider fence was in poor repair and actually fell down durring our stay. We notified the property manager and they knew that the fence was in need of repair. Overall was clean and ready for use and was exactly as described other than it stated it had a community pool which it does not. There is however a park with a pool a mile away that did the trick. It was a good stay and everything in the home was in working order.

Safe location and nice accommodations.

Very safe area. The space was clean and well organized. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions and very nice. We loved that unlike most other rental properties that don’t even leave toilet paper or maybe one trash bag every little detail was thought of. You can just show up. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, new toothbrushes and toothpaste. You name it and they had it. It was nice not to have to go to the store to get those things. We will absolutely book again. The back yard was also nice.
