This is an ADORABLE, professionally decorated, 3 bedroom condo with so much to offer. You will fall in love with the decor and feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Need dinner ideas? Pack your fishing pole and enjoy the sunsets while watching a line. Your adventure awaits!
Guests must be 25 years to reserve. Guest reserving property must also be in attendance.

First come first serve boat slips (42). $105 (covers a duration of 7 days) boat slip rental will be paid at office upon arrival (not included in reservation).

Boat Slip
Marina Usage (pay upon arrival, NOT included in reservation)
$50 daily/$250 weekly
Passes are valid only if affixed to boat(cannot be transferred)
Guests may bring more than one boat, but must pay for each
Excludes: Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July
Only guests staying at Cotton Bayou can register and dock a boat at the marina
32 ft boat max will fit in slips. Boat trailers/Vehicle must be parked under condo 5F. 36ft(L)x11ft(W)x8ft(H)
After booking, please send us a message and we will send you contact information where you will register your boat with the HOA.

Check In Details
You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.
