Great space for a group to get together

We had a group on the larger side coming together, and this was the perfect place to be secluded with easy access to the New River Gorge activities. We enjoyed the hot tub, space for lawn games, and the fire pit.

Prefect weekend away

The cabin was the prefect place for a weekend away from reality. Close to great restaurants and the local bars were a lot of fun. We did an ATV adventure tour and had a blast.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin while attending the wedding weekend. It was conveniently located to the venue and our river rafting trip. We enjoyed hanging out together playing games after the day’s activities. We really appreciated all the towels that were supplied!

Wonderful cabin outside of New River Gorge

Our family had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was spacious with great amenities. The location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle but close to all of the adventures in and around New River Gorge. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

Our group of 10 has the absolute best time here. The location is great-5 minutes away from New River Gorge, as well as restaurants and groceries. Our kids loved exploring the yard and playing in the house. It was perfect!

Perfect lodging for our group

The cabin was perfect for our group of 14. The 8 kids took the loft and spread out comfortably. The hot tub was a major hit and the extra space to play in the yard was a bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious and Good Location!

This cabin was very spacious. 3 bedrooms and a loft upstairs with 3 beds and a pullout couch. Two bathrooms make it ideal for a big family. It was also in a good location with privacy! Overall, it was a nice place.

Very nice

The property is in a great location. If you need anything the property manager is on top of it. Very responsive. Everyting you need for a nice visit to West Virginia and yet the comforts of home.

Relaxing and clean

The space was perfect for our family - plenty of space for everyone and room for all of us to have dinner together. The cabin is exactly as described. The area is quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The gorge is very close by and is an incredible sight with plenty of hiking trails to enjoy. Communication with Billie was easy and prompt. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas

We decided to meet my sister half way between her house in PA and ours in NC to have our family Christmas after the holidays. The location was perfect. We felt isolated but had quick access to stores if we needed them. We loved the hot tub and the fire place. We hope to make our visit a new family tradition.

Cozy Cabin

This cabin was just what we needed during our visit to New River Gorge, which was conveniently right around the corner. It was comfortable, had plenty of living space, and had plenty of beds for everyone. However, the cabin could use a dishwasher and more visible marking for night arrival. Google Maps did not have it accurately marked, and my husband's car ended up in a ditch because it was so dark. We would stay there again, but I'd recommend arriving before it is really dark.

Great Cabin!

We spent 4 nights at Cabin 6 (this one) at Mill Creek Cabins. there are 3 bedrooms downstairs with queen beds and 3 queen beds upstairs in the loft, which was perfect for the kids. The cabin was very clean and a great atmosphere to relax in for a few days. The hot tub was great and we were only a 2 minute drive to the Adventures on the Gorge headquarters where we had booked our activities. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was leaking but as soon as we called, they sent someone out quickly to fix it. The appliances are getting a bit old, too. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again.

This is home and a very big outdoor recreation area. When I first started, there were no other cabins in this area,. I knew there was a market.

The benefits of staying in #6 cabin is the ambiance our property offers and how clean we keep everything. Our grounds are very well kept also. We are close to all the area attractions and outfitters. You also get 10% off on any activities offered at Adventures On The Gorge. They are the premier outfitter in the area and offer rafting, rock climbing, mtn. biking, paintball, hiking, pontoon rentals on Summersville lake, and our joint endeavor-Gravity-New River Gorge Zip Lines. They also have Treetops Canopy Tour and 3 restaurants and an outfitters store.
