The best part is the spectacular balcony view of the beach and emerald green water! Truly a perfect place to stay with quick access to the sugar white sand!

Nestled on Front Beach Road between the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort and Barefoot Beach Bar & Grill, the Casa Blanca Resort is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and FUN! Unit 313 is comfortably equipped with a queen size bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a twin sleeper chair. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a gulf front deck to relax and watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. Everything you need for a great BEACH vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in your ocean front room on the third floor! It was a perfect view!! It could use some updating, but we had a great time and wouldn’t let that keep us from coming back again !! We plan on visiting on a yearly basis as we have met some friends that come back regularly also!! It is so convenient to restaurants, shopping and just sight seeing!! Parking is great and the little walk to the beach is just fabulous!! Thanks for such a wonderful time!! Oh!! I almost forgot, if you need anything during your stay, the staff is very helpful!!

Amazing view!

Small studio with balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean, I would say the view is what makes this place amazing! We stayed for the 4th of July weekend and others who stayed there were all so nice! The Cons: TV is very old! Like one of the first flat screens. The display is very grainy. More towels and replacement sheets should be provided along with cleaning supplies. Did have a broom and a well used sponge mop that I didn’t want to use. Needs a swifter or mop of some kind but other than that I would definitely stay here again! We had a great time!
