Renovated 1 bed 1 bath beachfront condo. Beach service included in rental!
A labor or LOVE! Totally renovated and remodeled from floor to ceiling! Brand new furniture, sparkling clean kitchen and bathroom. A fabulous queen size bed, with new mattress lets you sleep like a baby. Built in cabinetry provides lots of clothes storage. Flat screen mounted in the bedroom wall. The Living room has a queen sleeper sofa along with a love seat which provides a full size sleeper. Kick back and enjoy the fabulous ocean view while you watch the 50" flat screen tv mounted in the wall! You can even enjoy the ocean view from the kitchen since our total redisign allows you to face the wide open beach view. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances. Nothing can top our ocean view, you can see for miles, enjoy watching the Dolphins play, boats sail bye or the sunrise & sunset. So whether your on the beach or relaxing inside you will get to experience our little piece of heaven!
Gated access to parking lot and grounds.
Parking is at the base of the building and there is usually no waiting for elevators, the cost for parking is $30 payable to the COA upon arrival.
Arm bands must be worn at all time on the property they cost $5 per person payable to the COA upon arrival.
Laundry facilities are on the first floor.
