The cottage is on a property with a 4 bed 4 bath house, but has its own private back patio along with a shared front patio.The location is 1 and 1/2 blocks to the stairs leading down to the beach and the boardwalk to the pier- one on site parking spot and walking distance to everything.

Great location, pet friendly, walking distance to the beach. Loved the open floor plan of the living room and kitchen. Host was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing trip.We were able to walk everywhere, get coffee in the morning and do daily walks on the beach.

Wonderful, clean place

My wife and I want to spend her birthday down at Pismo Beach and the two of us were extremely happy with our unit that we rented. The cleanliness was fantastic which for me is the number one priority and that was definitely not an issue. The place was modern and very well-made not to mention a cozy little spot right in the middle of downtown. I would definitely stay at this place again in the future.

Weekend Getaway

Our family had such an amazing time! Property was super clean and very spacious. We had our own parking and the beach is within 5 minutes of walking. This place is located perfectly within walking distance of all the major restaurants and downtown pier area. We definitely will book again!

The perfect cozy beach cottage!

We loved our stay here! The cottage‘s location is in walking distance to Downtown Pismo and great restaurants. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It’s beautifully remodeled and was the perfect setup for our little family. Judi and Bill were amazing hosts and went above and beyond. Judi even offered to help me find a book I was looking for to see if she had it in her own collection and Bill gave us great recommendations. We loved this trip and can’t wait to return!
