Welcome to the heart of beautiful, sunny Naples! Your new home away from home.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is centrally located in the Downtown of Naples. Everything is within walking distance or minutes drive away. Shops, restaurants, bars, & the beach. You’ll love your time spent here downtown.

This is a vacation apartment that I'm sure you would love and appreciate. Enjoy soaking up the sun by the pool or roaming around the area. The place is conveniently close to the center of town, miles of white, sugar sand beaches, and several local attractions, this apartment is a fantastic home base that can accommodate up to 6 people for that next trip to Naples!

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and entertain, and the spacious living and dining rooms provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. There is space for parking. The bright spacious house will make you feel clean and comfortable!

The home has full furnishings. Enjoy a stylish experience at this place.

Did not meet vrbo standards

PROS: Patio area off the living room is furnished with a table and chairs and is screened in. Keypad entry was easy. Pool furniture is nice as well as fire pit area (never used fire pit). Quick walk to 5th Avenue and easy parking on site. Basic beach chairs are available in a closet as well as a blow up mattress (this should have been mentioned in the listing as it sleeps 6, though we didn’t need it). CONS: Staying here felt very figure-it-out-yourself. There was no typical laminated sheet of instructions or contacts for any assistance. The host did check in via message after a day, but then failed to respond to a question. The remote for the living room TV worked but there was no remote for the twin bed room. The furniture in the double bed room is very oversized so it felt quite tight. Other furniture is outdated and dark so it didn’t feel very “beachy”. Pool was COLD and was cleaned one day by a worker, but otherwise either we skimmed it or the leaves collected on top. It was never vacuumed so leaves accumulated at the bottom. By our last day it was unswimmable. Living room rug needed vacuuming. There was not enough toilet paper, no tissues, no kitchen dish sponge or vacuum, and only hand soap available in the bathroom. There is no community laundry detergent in the laundry room (which many other guests were also surprised by). Overall, I guess it was priced accordingly but if you have stayed in other Naples condos, keep your expectations low.

Great proximity to restaurants and beach

We really enjoyed the ability to walk to 5th Ave S, the grocery store and the ocean. Having a pool on site was a plus as well. However be aware that street noise on the porch and pool deck is significant during the afternoons. Some units in the building are renovated, but this unit was outdated. Maintenance issues were wobbly dining chairs, a toilet that ran and some broken tiles in the shower floor. Maintenance was very responsive but after a few days the toilet started running again. I don’t think the shower tiles could be fixed while we were using it.

Work Stay

Enjoyed our stay only problem was there were no soap, shampoo, or lotion in bathroom like all my other Vrbo Stays in the past so I had to go purchase them . Only issue 😢, Other than that it was great
