Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sun and fun

This was great property conveniently located to the best restaurants on 5th avenue and a short 4 minute bike ride to the beach. The unit was spacious and clean. The location is perfectly located to tennis courts and bike trails. We liked it so much that we have already booked again for next year.

This has been the nicest apartment VRBO that I’ve stayed in thus far and I travel a lot. It’s very clean and comfortable with a modern nautical decor design. It’s close enough to all the local shops and restaurants (1 block away) but also not close to the point where you hear everything from the night life.

Excellent location, immaculately clean, all appliances in working order, adequate kitchen utensils and basic appliances and necessities, plenty of pillows and bedding. Looks the same as in the photos in the website. The only reason to rate it a 4 and not a 5 is the lack of beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Also, it needs a light above the dining table and in the closet.

Close to 5th Ave South

Stayed here with spouse over the holidays for 4 nights. Property is as it appears in the photos. I am only giving this a 4 start because the bedroom really needs blackout curtains, there wasn’t even one laundry pod, and the sheets were a little rough after the first nights sleep. Sofa also wasn’t very comfortable. I guess I am expecting more from a comfort perspective when I pay the kind of prices asked for a condo.

Naples proved to be the perfect destination for our pickleball tournament adventure, with a prime location offering easy access to both the tournament venue and the vibrant downtown scene. Our accommodation exceeded expectations in every way, resembling a luxurious hotel experience. The assigned parking made arrival hassle-free, and clear instructions ensured a smooth check-in process. The unit itself was impeccable – modern, impeccably clean, and equipped with every convenience imaginable. From the fully stocked kitchen to the thoughtful welcome toiletries, every detail was considered. The comfortable bed and smart TVs provided the perfect relaxation after a day of competition, allowing us to unwind with our favorite streaming services. Without a doubt, we'll be returning for future tournaments, eager to enjoy this exceptional experience again

Nit a coffee pod insight.

Very clean, but welcoming touches missing from this 4 night $2000 stay. Had to find a supermarket to make coffee, only one tiny bar (2") of soap in sight, requested the sleep sofa be made up- but had to hunt for bedding and pull heavy couch out. Entrance to building difficult- should have been told to use side door. Livingroom lacked a comfortable chair if sofa bed left open, however there were 4 stools and 4 chairs for table. I wonder if Vacasa charged fees ad well as VRBO. Next time I will look for just a VRBO prop.
