*Pools are open April 1 - October 31

*Hot Tubs are open year round

*Pool and hot tub hours are 9am-11pm

Pools are open pending inspections. If your reservation is near the dates, please reach out to confirm the pool will be open if you plan to use this amenity. There will be no compensation for a pool/hot tub that is not open.

The property does not allow animals per the HOA.

This property requires a $59 non-refundable damage protection insurance policy. We will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit upon request. Please contact us for details or to ask for that change in your price quote.

The HOA schedules pest treatment the last Thursday of every month. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.

This was our second stay here and it was great just as the year before. Great locstion, very quiet and laid back. The condo and the pools are both great, nice clean beach. Will be back again next year.

Melanie and this property was absolutely wonderful! Melanie was quick to respond to all of my messages and kept us informed when we had a small power outage across the island during our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the condo was exactly as pictured. We appreciated being able to use Melanie’s beach chairs and toys while there and the kitchen was well stocked with any utensil you may need. The condo’s location at Villa Capriani was great with 4 pools (1 kiddy pool, 1 pool ranging from 3-3.5ft (perfect for my 7 year olds), 1 pool ranging from 3.5-5ft and the large pool ranging from 4-9ft), 2 hot tubs, and steps from the beach. I highly recommend eating at Splash by the Sea (the restaurant at Villa Capriani)… everything was amazing! If your considering this location, I highly recommend booking it!

Paradise at Topsail

The condo was beautiful decorated with beach decor. I could not get the code to work. They were so nice came out to help us get in. The restaurant was excellent. We will be going back to stay again.

Wonderful stay

This was our second trip to Villa Campriani and our best! The unit was clean, very well equipped (even had beach chairs!) and a great view of the pools and ocean. Hosts were very nice and attentive. The only bummer was that the bunk beds were gone and my sons were excited about those. Otherwise, a perfect stay and a really updated, clean unit! We had a great stay. Thank you!

Perfect Place

Was looking for something quiet without all of the crowds and commercialism of your typical beach town and this was the spot! If you’re looking for the Myrtle Beach type of experience this isn’t the place for you. Beautiful location and resort, reminds you of a resort you’d find in Mexico. Great room, great pool area and right in the beach! I really have no complaints about the resort other than you can hear the people in the floor above you every time they walk across the condo (we may have just had loud people staying above us also.) We will definitely stay here again.
