Overall we had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, which is very important to me. It was spacious and had all of the amenities (washer/dryer, full kitchen, etc.), and was in a great location - easy to access all that Naples has to offer. There were some small things that could be improved upon - more/better lighting, some additional beach items like an umbrella or cooler, kitchen items like measuring cups/spoons, master bed too soft for our personal taste - but none of these are worth deducting stars. It also felt a bit "lived in" - some personal photos/items around - nothing bad, but if you're someone who wants a place to feel more sterile/hotel like/impersonal, this may be a detractor for you. But overall we had a positive experience here. Lisa was easy to communicate with, and we'd recommend this property to others!

The home was beautiful, and the few issues that cropped up were immediately resolved by the owner. The host was extremely responsive which we deeply appreciated! Everything was beautiful, we very much enjoyed our stay.

The weather was very cold during our stay and the master bedroom overheated, even with the vents closed. When we turned down the thermostat, the rest of the unit was too cold. We couldn't find a good balance between the two extremes. Also, the bed on the lower level is very firm, much stiffer than we are used to in other VRBO's.

During colder weather, finding the perfect temperature balance in a multi-level home can sometimes be challenging. If the master bedroom felt warm, the thermostat would not have been actively cooling at that time. The room is also equipped with a ceiling fan, and the glass sliding doors can be opened to allow additional airflow if needed. Regarding the lower-level bed, mattress firmness is very much a personal preference. While many guests find it comfortable and supportive, we understand it may not be ideal for everyone! We appreciate your comments and are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback helps us continue to improve the guest experience.

There were a few things that needed fixing at the unit. Once we identified them they got someone to fix it right away. Some things need to be replaced that they stated would be done after we left. Overall we had a good stay.

Pros: The host answered quickly to our problems and the living room and bedrooms were as advertised. Complaints: The deck was bad with nails showing on railing, boards on railing old and need to be painted or re-done. Umbrella..we opened it and it shedded (I think fabric). The screen door leading to deck was ripped. There was a cockroach in hallway and kitchen. Contacted host ... quickly she sent a exterminator. Only two days later we found another cockroach crawling up the bedroom wall. The following day i contacted host she sent exterminator again. No book was available to operate TV etc (house book). Going into house...porch left much to be desired. Would we rent this home again...I dont think so.

We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet expectations. As soon as you notified us about seeing a bug, our pest control company came out right away to address the issue. Living in Florida, routine quarterly pest control is something we take seriously, but occasionally an insect can still make its way inside, and we apologize for that inconvenience. Regarding the deck, it is already scheduled to be replaced once our slower season begins in May. Unfortunately, timing during peak season makes immediate construction difficult, but it is absolutely in our plans. We truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience was anything less than positive. Our goal is always for our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we value the opportunity to continually improve.

Nice Place

In Walking distance to Tin City and 5th. Nice Place for sunrise with bad ass coffee (3rd) on the small private jetty.

Lisa was so wonderful making our stay great. From the time we booked the condo, Lisa answered every question promptly. The location of the condo is perfect. It’s close to downtown or Tin City. The condo was very clean, roomy, and quiet. We tried to book it again for next year, but unfortunately it’s already booked.

Great spot! Everything needed was available and the property owner brought an iron within an hour or so for us to use. Water pressure and comfortable bedding are a must and both are top notch. Would stay again.

HS Girls Reunion

We traveled from Texas, NC, Nevada and Tennessee to reconnect. We loved sitting out on the dock as well as the upper deck. Very clean and perfect for what we needed. Thank you

Guys golf getaway

The interior is neat and clean. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The front entry and landscaping were a bad first impression and needs pressure washing and updating. The back deck has nice views, but is very worn out. The neighbors were 10 feet away on the back yard, so there’s no privacy. Overall, you spend much more time on the inside, and there was very little to complain about there.

Great location

Our family enjoyed our stay at this rental. Everything was great. House was clean and had plenty of essentials for our stay. We have stayed at other rentals that don’t provide extra trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, foil, etc. I appreciated that this rental had those items as it is a pain to buy those items for a one week stay. Owner communicated check in instructions the day of. There are 2 parking spaces available right in front of the property. It was a convenient location near plenty of amenities and not too far of a car ride to the beach. House was very clean upon arrival and we had zero issues during our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic stay in Naples

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this property. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to 5th Ave and other restaurants and bars which are located on the waterside. We enjoyed lazy days sunbathing and relaxing on the deck and even more sitting having an early evening drink on the jetty which I’m right on the waterway watching the fish jump out of the water and the boats pass by. The position of the deck/jetty is south facing so you get the sun for most of the day. The accommodation is clean and very well equipped with everything you would need to self cater. Only a couple of small observations, there is no electric kettle you have to boil the kettle on the stove which takes an age. Also the downstairs bed is very firm, although on request Lisa did provide a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Lisa’s communication was very timely and she dealt with our mattress topper request the same day which was excellent. We would definitely return to this property.

Communication with owner was great!! Even was able to accommodate an earlier check in which was really appreciated! House was clean, soft linens & towels provided and beautiful outside area to sit and relax. As stated in previous review, back deck does need redone but owner explained that they are aware and replacing this summer. Thank you for opening your home to us!
