Our property is located directly on Lake Keowee. We offer 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and private dock where you have easy access to kayaking and boating.
--THE PROPERTY--
3,000 Sq Ft | Private Dock with Lake Access | Keyless Entry | New Construction
Ideal for lake lovers and multi-generational family retreats to scenic South Carolina. The property offers all the lake essentials and a prime location to explore everything the area has to offer!

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:
MAIN FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King Bed, ensuite full bath with separate shower and freestanding tub Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, hallway full bath
TERRACE LEVEL:
Bedroom 3: King Bed, ensuite full bath
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed and 2 Twin Loft Beds, hallway full bath

OUTDOOR LIVING: Step outside the main floor to a large covered deck with ceiling fan, patio furniture, outdoor dining table, and mountain views and gorgeous lake views. Walk out the Terrace level to patio furniture. Enjoy the evenings with smore’s at the fire pit. At the lake enjoy another deck and private covered dock. There are 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board for your enjoyment.

INTERIOR LIVING: Tastefully decorated with amazing lake views. There are many board games available and enjoy a game of Ping Pong. Ceiling fans in every bedroom and both living rooms.
KITCHEN: Well appointed kitchen. Drip coffee maker, double oven, induction cooktop, TWO refrigerators, dishwasher, dishware & silverware. Kitchen island has seating for 6 and dining table can seat 8.
GENERAL: Wi-Fi, Central heating & AC, washer/dryer, furniture and appliances
PARKING: 6 vehicles maximum

-No events, parties, or gatherings
-Must be at least 30 years old to book
-Photo ID required to book
-Signed Rental Agreement is required to confirm reservation
-NOTE:
-The property requires stairs to access the terrace level. Although the path to the lake is paved, it may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
-There are exterior cameras for security on the premises; the cameras do not have a view of any interior spaces
-Please observe quiet hours between 10 pm – 10 am

Great place to stay when visiting Clemson

Our family group stayed here for our son's graduation from Clemson. It was nice and clean, and everyone had their own space and bathroom. Only 20 minutes to the heart of campus. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful house. Very Clean. Lots of space.

Had a great stay. Loved the house. It was very clean, has a lot of space, and everything you need. The dock was nice and roomy too. We loved having two refrigerators since we were prepping for a Clemson tailgate and needed a lot of fridge space.

Beautiful and restful

What a beautiful home and property on the lake. Newly constructed and well appointed with comfortable bedroom including an amazing bunk room. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. We were in close proximity to go to Clemson for the game with an easy route there. We absolutely loved our stay and DawnAnn was a dream to work with!

Wonderful Relaxing Stay on Lake Keowee

We enjoyed our stay in this absolutely beautiful home - great open floor plan plenty of areas to relax, chat and enjoy the lake. So clean did not feel worn out and lived in like many rentals often do. Wonderfully equipped kitchen to cook which we did most nights and the two refrigerators and ovens were perfect! Dock was fabulous and cove was wonderful as well to float around. Teens used paddle board and splashpad. We brought floats and was great to hang around dock. Rented boat and easy to dock on side. Hike up hill was a little steep but very nicely paved so made it so much easier. Would come back for sure! We loved our stay so much - thank you, thank you for sharing your home!!!!

Amazing

All I can say is Amazing! This property and location were absolutely stunning. Located right in the middle of everywhere you need to be. It had everything you could possibly need or want in a rental. Everyone who traveled with us enjoyed their stay. The beds were cozy with such comfortable bedding. We never ran out of hot water which is a huge plus. The property manager got back with me so quickly with any questions I had. We plan to make this property our go to summer vacation home. You can’t go wrong with choosing this property for your stay.

Lakeside perfection!

Everything about this home is wonderful! From the lakeside location to the beautiful new construction, my family enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, the fire pit, ping pong table, this house doesn’t lack anything. It’s the perfect spot for a family vacation. Great location to seek out other adventures in addition to the lake. Within an easy drive, there is hiking, berry picking, white water rafting and ziplining. Clemson university is very close and there are several options nearby for renting boats or jet skis. The home is brand new, clean and gorgeous. High end fixtures and furniture. There’s a gas grill and a gorgeous kitchen. The deck is perfect for eating, reading or just having your coffee by the lake. This house is fantastic!!
