A three bedroom frontline villa with a private pool that overlooks the green of the 1st hole.

Located on the Mar Menor Golf Resort the property has open views to Plaza Romero at the front and a wonderful view of the 1st hole green, which can be viewed either from the patio or terrace at the back of the villa.

The villa has a south east orientation and is bathed in sun throughout the day. Guests can enjoy a sunny breakfast on the patio or terrace whilst watching the early morning golfers, which is a pleasurable way to start your day.

The accommodation comprises an open lounge and dining area with patio doors to the sunroom. In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided.

On the ground floor is a bedroom, which is ideal for guests who would rather sleep downstairs or have mobility issues. There is a downstairs bathroom which consists of a toilet, sink and shower.

On the first floor there is the main bedroom with an en-suite, a second bedroom and another bathroom.

The main bedroom leads out to a terrace which overlooks the plaza to the front and a second terrace which has views of the golf course at the rear. An awning can be wound out on this terrace to create additional shade. The second bedroom has access to the terrace overlooking the plaza.

The villa comfortably sleeps 6 people and benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, Internet (Wi-Fi), TV with channels in multiple languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French), a 7m x 4m private swimming pool, sun loungers and a parasol for shade. There is a coal barbecue and an outdoor table for dining Al Fresco.

The on-site Spar Supermarket, Padel courts and The Boulevard with a variety of bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

The Ona Mar Menor Golf & Spa Resort hotel is a short walk from the villa with additional bars and restaurants.

A car is recommended to appreciate all that the area has to offer and to visit the many wonderful beaches. However, if you just want to play golf on the resort, relax, sunbathe, eat in or dine out then you could take a taxi to and from the airport and spend your time on the resort.

Murcia International Airport (Corvera) is 25 minutes drive. Alicante Airport is 1 hour drive.
