Beautiful, detached villa, located in La Torre golf resort, offering comfortable living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open plan living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom and bathroom is located on the ground floor, while a further 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. A utility room with washing machine is located adjacent to the kitchen.

Facilities include a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout. The kitchen includes an induction hob, fan oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The property offers a spacious outside terrace with adjacent lawned gardens, pool and jacuzzi (which can be heated) and a BBQ area. The terrace includes extensive outside seating, including dining table, dining chairs, parasols for shade, and sun loungers next to the heated pool and hot tub. There is high fencing all around the property, perfect for young families, plus a safety fence around the pool for extra safety measures, ideal again for young children, which can be removed if desired. A further terrace with seating is located off the main bedroom on the first floor, perfect to catch the early morning sun.

A private car parking area is situated to the front of the villa, while ample car parking spaces are additionally available on the adjacent road.

Extra facilities for babies/ toddlers (cot beds, eating chairs, safety gates etc.) can be requested at an extra charge.

The property is located on the edge of the resort, offering peaceful surroundings although still within easy access and in walking distance of the main centre of the resort, which offers a supermarket, variety of restaurants, bars, golf clubhouse, as well as the luxury hotel’s spa facilities. Guests visiting the resort are free to make use of 17 communal pools on the resort, various playground and activity areas, tennis courts and padel tennis courts (free of charge). The resort offers 24-hour security.

The golf course on the resort can be booked separately and the local area offers numerous additional golf courses which can be enjoyed by keen golf enthusiasts.

Gorgeous beaches are located circa 15min away while Los Alcazares, Murcia city and Cartagena are in easy reach for day trips and evenings out.

Your booking will include cleaning at the end of your stay. Additional cleaning and linen/ towel changes can be requested for stays longer than 1 week. Please contact the host directly to discuss.

Please be aware that the pool can be heated, which really helps in the winter months. However, the heating is expensive to run, and therefore will be provided on request only and at a separate charge per day for this service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Katleen’s villa. The resort has lots of restaurants, bars etc to choose from and the villa itself is clean, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Katleen is lovely to deal with, she answered all of my messages very quickly and we would absolutely stay here again.

Torre golf holiday

What a fantastic place to stay.We really enjoyed our visit the villa is comfortable and well equipped. Katleen was a super host and help us arrange high chairs and cot for our grandchild would deffinatly go again next year

This is my second stay in this villa and i have already booked twice for 2026.Its a huge villa, plenty of everything for you to have a good time.Heated pool and jacuzzi is a must. Even if you arent blessed with great weather you can can still have a great time.Katleen is a fabulous host. She sourced the tennis courts for me, sent me communications regarding the resort. I messaged her when i found a couple of small faults and they are sorted immediately. For me its a lovely location as its nice and quiet but it is quite a walk to the restaurants. Probably around 15 minutes. All in all, for me its given me two fabulous holidays and i cannot wait to go back again.

Great property

Really lovely property with everything in it to make it a home from home. Great pre arrival communication from the host. Lovely area but a car is a must if you want to leave the resort. Resort is lovely.

We had a great experience staying at the villa. Katleen was so helpful and responsive, all the questions were answered and all the details were provided. We couldn’t ask for more. The villa had everything we needed - for everyone (a family with 2 kids (5 and 2 years old) and our friends with a teenager. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bbq area is very nice. A special place for everyone was a pool - a big one for adults and a small one for kids. We couldn’t take them out of it for hours. The villa is located 20 min drive from the beach and 5 min drive from the supermarket. That was great. Overall we all enjoyed staying at the villa and thank you for making our holidays memorable. We would highly recommend the villa for families and friends.

Family Holiday

Fantastic villa with excellent facilities. Lovely outside space with great swimming and jacuzzi pools. Katleen is an excellent host and was very easy to deal with. She provides an excellent guide to La Torre and the Mar Menor area. I would highly recommend this villa.

Very nice stat for Christmas and new year

We had a very nice stay in this nice villa. They were very kind sourcing a Christmas tree for us as we had yound children. Any problems we had ( very minor) was sorted promply. Thanks John and his team.

Great Stay

Great stay in a lovely villa. This villa has been updated to a high standard. Having stayed in a number of similar villas at La Torre over the years it was really good to find one that has been updated from the old La Torre fittings and fixtures. All three bathrooms a the kitchen have been updated to a high standard. Really good selection of glasses, crockery and appliances. A credit to the owner. The outside space and pool/jacuzzi look great and I’m sure that during a summer stay would be well used. Would not hesitate to recommend the villa.

A pleasant stay

We had a great stay in Torre-Pachego. The house was extremely well equipped and than some more. Nice pool, to cool off on the warm days. Plenty of stuff to okay with for our kids. When not at the house, we enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns, restaurants, beaches etc. Minor hinder were the flies that wouldn’t go away. Thanks for having us! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Holiday!

Just returned today. Want to return already! Lovely villa, accurate representation on line. Clean, gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, great outdoor area (maybe a few more sunshades but not complaining about the sun!). The resort was really beautiful. Quiet, civilised, so clean and tidy and felt really safe even at night. We visited Sofia's café for coffees and croissants which was lovely and visited the Italian restaurant on site, amazing food and views if you get to sit outside overlooking the lake. The 16 communal pools are equally good and beautifully kept and the kids enjoyed these. The resort is very large so it was a good 20/25 minute walk to the centre with restaurants, Spar etc. which suited us as we love walking (though not in quite such hot temperatures!). The Spar supermarket is well stocked. We hired e-scooters for a couple of hours for 2 days which is only 10 euros each for about 5 hours, really good value and good fun. Great to keep the teenage kids busy. We hired a car for 2 days but didn't venture far as we were happy staying on the resort for the morning for coffee, food etc. and visiting pools and then chilling by our own pool later on. It really was a relaxing holiday. Loads of outdoor furniture and inflatables, toys etc. supplied for the kids (and grown ups!). Lilos were much appreciated and fought over. There seemed to be a lot of flies in the area but they do supply lots of fly covers for food which we used a lot. Air con much needed. Would return no doubt!

We are a family from mainly Belgium, with a strong passion for wines. While most of the family reside in Belgium, I (the daughter) ventured to England around 20 years ago and met my now husband. We live with our two children in South West London and enjoy regular trips to Belgium to taste the local chocolate and see the family.

As a family, we love the ability to find comfort and true relaxation during our trips away, but still the possibility to easily access activities in the area, visiting villages, beaches and local markets. With our entire family of 10 people, we love good food and to make the fun complete, a good glass of wine.

Our Casa is a good example of this, offering beautiful surroundings at the edge of a popular resort and still near to many excellent restaurants and bars in the resort, as well as in easy reach of the beaches and nearby villages, with ample dining opportunities and attractions. For the grand children of the family, the offering of a private pool, with the potential to explore a further 17 communal swimming pools across the resort was an immediate hit.

We hope that you will be able to enjoy a nice holiday in Casa Gofre, just as we have been able to do as a family.

For us, enjoying a holiday means having lots of options in how to spend your day. We feel that the location of Case Gofre on La Torre Golf Resort, in the heart of Murcia region, truly offers this. While the property and immediate facilities are extensive to enjoy your days within the resort if desired, the local area offers a wide variety of options to explore – from various gorgeous beaches of Mar Menor to local markets in nearby villages, cultural sites in cities such as Cartagena and Murcia, walking tours, cycling as well as a proliferation of dining options to enjoy. And all this is within 15 to 30min drive.

For us, truly enjoying your holiday, whether you are looking for some peace and quiet or ability to tap into more activity, is a key. We feel that the location of Casa Gofre provides exactly that, as it is located on the edge of the resort to enjoy privacy and quiet time if desired but still in walking distance of the resort centre, with all its restaurants, bars and supermarkets. As well as in easy driving distance of many popular nearby villages and cities. The largest communal pool and padel courts are located close to the house.

The level of comfort in your holiday home is crucial and why we have considered all amenities that we as a family would also want to have available, to make a holiday as comfortable as possible. This includes particularly, a fully equipped kitchen with ample plates, cutlery, cookware, picnicware (for those drinks by the pool and hot tub!) as well as a toaster, good quality coffee machine etc. combined with a variety of books, games and DVDs to enjoy. In addition to a smart TV with digital TV Channels and free WIFI, allowing you to log into your home Netflix account.
