Great condo in PCB
Had everything we needed, and was spotless. Check in/out was a breeze. Only complaint at all was sometimes there was quite a wait for the elevators. Over all great place to stay!

Would stay here again!!
The condominium its self was very nice, and we will stay here again. We did tho have a few issues with the unit. We were not allowed to turn the AC below 75 and it kept the condo very stuffy and hard to sleep at night even with the ceiling fans going. There is not lock located on the top part of the door so it does make it easy for small children to open the door and go out into the hallway. The master bathroom door would not shut nor lock. To end on a positive not the elevator time was great we didn’t have to wait no more than maybe 2 minutes.

Nice facility - unit was VERY DIRTY
The unit was very nice to the naked eye, conveniently located, staff was super nice and friendly however the unit was VERY VERY dirty. We had mold in both showers (walls, the shower curtains), under the bed was VERY dirty, the TV looked like someone had smashed it with a screwdriver and the elevator situations absolutely suck at Tidewater. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this unit overall.

Amazing Condo & location
The condo itself was beautiful and clean! I was worried about the elevators after seeing other peoples reviews but the elevator was a breeze for us! The location of the condo was also very great! Not on a busy end and although there was road construction going on down the street it didn’t cause traffic to be backed up! Access to the beach, use of the condos chairs and umbrellas that were put out on the beach for you was simply luxury. The view from the balcony was breath taking to wake up to! Will definitely stay here again!

Great condo in great location with awesome views!
This property is in a great location that is easy to get to. The amenities are awesome. The condo was beautifully furnished with plenty of room. Loved it!
