Overall enjoyed the stay and pleased with the condo. Would stay again for sure. Refrigerator and oven are a tad close together. The handels dont allow you to be able to open the fridge door all the way and makes it slightly difficult to load the fridge. Would have loved another set of chairs on the balcony. We had 4 people and there were only seats for 2 out there.

One of the best condos we have ever stayed in. It was perfect size for our family of 4 with two young kids. Very clean and cozy. Outstanding views and easy to get to beach and pools. Very easy check in process and communication was fantastic.Only negative is not with the condo but with the building and the elevators. Some long waits.

The condo we stayed in was great, very nice, and clean, looked just like it was suppose to. The resort itself not so good, elevators at check in was like a traffic jam, not all elevators worked, we had to take the stairs with our 4 small children to the 9th floor and carry all of our luggage up, because wait time for an elevator was an hour. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights.

Beautiful view, condo had everything we needed and plenty of room, elevators were always available and fast. We will definitely stay here again when we come to the area!

Great family beach spot

The condo was perfect—on the beach, clean, washer and dryer in the room (a MUST for us), and the Tidewater Resort (our first time there) was excellent.

Very nice place, but plan on long elevator wait times

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, clean room, wonderful beach location. Our only real issue were the elevators. 2 of the 8 elecvators were out of service the entire time we were there, leaving 6 elevators for 30 floors and probably 1000+ guests. Our wait times were routinely 5-20 minutes, and then the door would open and the elevator would be full. Frustrating to spend a good portion of your "beach time" waiting for an elevator. Even if all 8 were working, I'm not sure it would have made much difference. So if you know that going in, you'll relax and not be frustrated. If you are on a floor lower than 10, and are physically able, take the stairs, get ome exercise, and skip the wait lines.

2nd time, still fantastic!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo. Everything was perfect, from the gorgeous view, to the quick elevators. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

This property was an absolute delight! I especially liked the fact that the bedroom was not on the outside hallway. It was clean, roomy and I enjoyed the balcony off of the living room and the bedroom. The view was gorgeous. Would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful view

Wonderful condo very clean loved the check in process especially loved the grocery carts nice bonus. Location was close to lots of places to eat.
