We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we booked, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept home!

Had the best time for our 60th bday girls trip! House was perfect—clean, comfortable, convenient to everything. A few things of note: there are 3 levels so expect stairs…no bedrooms on main level. One of the beach chairs and the umbrella were not functional—we were totally fine as there were 5 good chairs. These were minor issues and did not detract from our stay. Sad to leave!

Top notch staff with responsiveness & recommendations of the area.

Great place for a quick get-away with family prior to school beginning. Last minute trip and was very thankful to find this gem of a house. Our family loved it and suited our needs for (3) adults & (4) kiddos. Would definitely recommend. Communication with 30a BeachGirls was top notch, even gave us a free bonfire night. Very helpful & responsive. Was also able to work in a mini photo shoot with the Grands thanks to their recommendation. Top notch staff with responsiveness & recommendations of the area.

This was by far our worst experience staying in a VRBO. We visit 30A every year and have always been happy with our rental homes. Upon checking in, we noticed the house had a very strong curry smell. I immediately reached out to the host who promised to send someone by. No one ever came. I reached out the next day and was told the same… but once again, no one came. For as much as we paid, I expected better. There was also sand in the bathrooms, mold in the showers, trash in the dresser drawers, and the sink in the primary bath didn’t drain. Do not recommend!

We understand how frustrating it must have been to report the odor and other housekeeping concerns and not have them resolved during your stay. While our team did offer to send housekeeping back to the home, we understand the follow-through didn't meet your expectations, and by the time we reconnected, you understandably preferred not to have anyone come out. Your feedback, including the concerns about cleanliness and maintenance, has been shared with the team responsible for the home for further review. We hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

My family and I had a great stay after we were able to get our car that were towed. I would recommend to let people know during the check-in process that if you have more than two cars that you can’t park on the street between 12 am and 6 am. Otherwise your car will get towed and you can't park at the pool either. Usually, there is a place for overflow parking, not in the area. The place is very relaxing, I enjoyed sitting upstairs on the balcony. When we had a problem with the bicycle lock, someone came over and gave us a new lock. I appreciate the quick response. We were able to have guests over for dinner with no issues. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We will definitely recommend this house to people.
