Relaxation and adventure await at Pelican's Nest in The Preserve at Inlet Beach. The home is 1,926 square feet and comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) with 3.5 bathrooms.

This beautiful home is conveniently positioned in The Preserve at Inlet Beach, a quiet community located just north of Highway 98 and behind 30Avenue, a premium shopping center that is home to a host of amazing local restaurants. Hop on a beach cruiser bicycle to get to the beach in style! Come live the 30A life and experience the beach the way it was meant to be!

The newly constructed 98 Tunnel now makes it safer and easier to reach 30A taking you under the road.

Newly constructed with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this two-story Florida home offers the peace and tranquility of a perfect coastal getaway. Its prime location is just minutes from the sugar-white beaches, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options, all along County Highway 30A! Unique to this community is the access to Lake Powell which is within walking distance from the home. Lake Powell is one of the largest coastal dune lakes in the world!

Luxury vinyl plank floors, quartz counter-tops, gourmet kitchen, screened-in porch that offers additional dining space, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home a worthwhile escape. The open-plan living and dining room offers comfy furnishings and dining for up to 8 guests with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. An outdoor shower is there to rinse all the sand off you after a full day at the beach.

The first master suite is located on the first floor, sporting a king-sized bed and a private, luxurious bathroom, complete with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second floor holds three additional bedrooms: a second master suite with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with yet another walk-in shower, a further queen bedroom and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle. In addition, the second floor loft is set up with a comfortable sitting area and gaming system. The main Living Room sofa is also a queen sized pull out.

There are 7 TVs in the home - 1 in each bedroom, 1 in the family room, 1 on the lanai and 1 in the loft.

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this house. It suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and comfortable. We will certainly rent again if we are ever in the area. Clive was very responsive and made our trip even more enjoyable!

Beautiful Home

Perfect location for our 3 families, community pool was awesome. Having access to the bikes was the most fun for our family, riding around the neighborhood and also riding through Rosemary Beach was a beautiful view. Owner was so attentive to us and always available to any questions we had.

It’s a beautiful home with plenty of space for 6 girlfriends get away. Nice furniture but could use more kitchen pots and pans.

Great stay

The house was as advertised and the owner was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. The house could use a new grill and a couple more pans for the kitchen but I had read that in other reviews and brought a few with me. There are restaurants in walking distance so we enjoyed that.

Great place to spend with family.

We had a great time in the Pelican's Nest! We would like to come back soon. However we needed more toilet paper and the hair dryer was broken. If you are thinking on stay here bring extra supplies like soap for the dishes, shampoo and soap. Overall we enjoyed our time in the house.

Family Spring Break Trip

The location was fabulous! Biking distance to the beach, walking distance to Amigos 30A and the Donut Hole. We are avid walkers and loved our morning strolls to Rosemary Beach or Alys for coffee and breakfast. The subdivision was quiet and the community pool was nice, but chilly this time of year. The screened in porch with TV and the bikes were a huge plus to enjoying our time at Pelican's Nest.

Great location

The property had a perfect layout for my family and friends. The teenagers were close enough to bike to Rosemary to be with their spring break friends, but the adults were happy to be just enough removed from the crowd. The neighborhood pool was also perfect for those days we did not want to go to the beach. It was a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach access and we did not have any trouble finding parking, despite the huge spring break crowd. We did have to cross a large intersection when walking to Rosemary, but the crosswalks made it easy.

Beautiful home - close to beach

We LOVED this home for our girl’s trip! The house is super cute and very cozy! The owners were very friendly, accommodating and responsive. I’d definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for girl’s trip or a family vacation.

Wonderful experience!

I only rate the cleanliness as a 4 because the floors just really need a good mopping. Our feet were pretty gross from the floors. Otherwise, our experience was excellent! The home is beautiful - great location & the neighborhood is quiet but close to everything! Would definitely return. Clive was wonderful about responding when needed to contact him.

Great place to stay

The host was very responsive, the house was very clean and as described. Our family of 9 was very comfortable here. Location is convenient to several public beaches. 15 minute bike ride to the closest beach access. We loved the screened in back porch, grilling area, and full kitchen. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We had a great experience. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the basics. Check in was easy and seamless. The host was very responsive. We had a wonderful time celebrating a bunch of 40th birthdays and would definitely stay here again!

Family vacay

This was the perfect beach house for our family vacation. It was in a cute neighborhood, centrally located in close to the beach, several restaurants, grocery stores and fun things to do. The house was very clean, spacious, well stocked and had lots of beach supplies. Clive was amazing, we had a great time, we definitely come back!

Great house near the beach

The house is amazing and pretty spacious. We had everything we needed to get us started. We had to buy extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels but that is common with any vacation rental. It was nice that we weren’t too far from Destin (approx 30 mins) and Panama City beach (approx 20 mins) if we wanted to go shopping or go play mini golf. The beach would be about a 15 min walk, but the busy highway made it where we couldn’t cross. The owner thought the city/county was going to have a pedestrian bridge done by the time of our stay. But we all know projects like that get pushed back. That’s no fault of the owner and it was no problem to drive less than 5 mins to public beach parking (you don’t have to pay to park and it’s a good spot). Communication with the owner was easy and quick, which we really appreciate. Check in and out we’re also very simple. It was a great vacation house!
