🔹Very walkable: Restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other services are all within walking distance.

🔹Close to the beach: From this area, you can easily walk to Mamitas Beach and other beach access points.

🔹Lively and tourist-friendly atmosphere: Fifth Avenue offers a wide variety of restaurants, boutiques, bars, cafés, and activities.

🔹10th Avenue: Located just a few meters from Fifth Avenue, it offers additional restaurants and shops, generally with a slightly more relaxed atmosphere than the immediate Fifth Avenue area.

🔹Nightlife: There are bars and entertainment venues nearby, so the area can be lively and there may be some noise, especially at night.
