Comfortable condo with a great pool. The beach has been washed away right in front of the property but there are beach spots just to the south.

Great relaxing stay w amazing view and location

I have stayed in this building around 5 times, but first time in Zoraida's unit. It was clean, great view and location and everything we needed. I would stay again!

What a view!

This was a perfect location for our family. Our room was just as advertised and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool is beautiful and there are lots of beach front restaurants just feet away. Communication with the owner was easy. We would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay

This is a great condo in a great location. Located on the beach in the center of everything Playa has to offer. The staff were very friendly and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation

Highly recommend! Centrally located, clean, comfortable condo. Loved the pool, proximity to the beach, ocean views, helpful staff. The location couldn't be better. We could walk everywhere. We will be back. Property manager was very responsive!

It was wonderful place to stay, staff were great and the room was very nice!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view! Condo was cleaned evey other day. Funiture is comfortable but mostly used out side patio.

Just figure it out. It’ll be fine.

Zero contact with host which is not what I’m used to. Had questions about arrival but we found it on our own and they have a front desk system that lets you in. Very strong odor in condo upon arrival caused headaches but advil fixed that. Put away about eight or nine air fresheners (devices) and smell went away after a day or two. Comfortable bed but slept on one side due to a stain on the other side. Great views and great location. A/c in second bedroom stopped working after two days and never worked in master. Everything else was great

While everything with unit and unit manager were always positive I cannot say same for front checkin First thing I noticed was out of order bathroom with rancid smell covering all of the. check in area Access to pool thru lobby closed off exhibited rundown dirty area Pool area has signs that no longer apply. Security men allowed different rules on different days By 6:30 am all chairs were covered with towels showing they were reserved and people would show up 2-3 hours later for the chairs Rule explained us at checkin was if you stay away from your chair 1 hour security would remove towel That never happened But as I said unit was great Pat Bradley

Great stay! Location is perfect. Zoraida was a great host and very attentive to our needs. Condo was very clean and spacious. Can’t wait to go back.

Family summer vacation

We loved the location of the condo. I will say that the lobby and our condo had a very strong foul smell when we arrived. I dont knkw if that was due to the ocean and seaweed or other reasons. We purchased some room deodorizer to try to help and it did a little. Luckily, someone came by the 2nd day to clean and it smelled much better. Other than that I would say we loved the condo and the pool. It was great to be able to walk a block away and find food and stores! I would definitely recommend and Zoraida was lovely!

Great location. Great views.

Great location, only a few blocks off of Quinta Avenida - the major tourist shopping strip. Also within reasonable walking distance to Walmart. Resort has a large, clean pool & a nice, sandy ocean beach. Condo was clean, with plenty of room. There’s a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean, with a table & chairs. Small issues were handled quickly. Only negatives: We could not use the room safe because the key for it kept getting stuck. Each person was allowed only 2 towels for the whole week. We ended up washing them ourselves. Overall, we would stay again.
