Up In Smoke is a one-of-a-kind experience set in a heavily wooded development that makes you feel miles away from it all, yet minutes from Hochatown and conveniences.
We offer complimentary concierge boutique services to elevate your Broken Bow Getaway Experience! Upon booking, we will send you our digital Welcome Area Guide curated by our team, highlighting Broken Bow & Hochatown's best for a seamless experience and 5-Star stay!
-For guest safety, 2 exterior cameras are installed, one at each exterior door (1 in the front, 1 in the
back).
-No parties permitted, per platform regulations.
-Pets: Up to 2 dogs permitted pending approval, dog rules and pet fee.
-No smoking or vaping of any kind.
-No fireworks permitted.
-Maximum occupancy: 16 adults and children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
-Must be 25 to rent, and person booking must be present at the property during the entire stay.
-You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license.
-Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service or any services provided by the county. No refund for outages or less than optimal speed or content.
-A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, K-cup pods, firewood and salt/pepper is provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer is provided. Host provides towels and linens.
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
-Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
-Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
-This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures
