Located under two miles west of the Navarre Beach bridge, this condo is the tallest building on this side of the beach!

Being a short drive down the beach ensures that the beach is not crowded while it still has umbrella and chair service available if you wish to purchase separately.

Beautiful, small, cozy, (800 sq. ft.) condo for family vacation that comes very well equipped.

Amazing views from 7th floor especially for those who wish to enjoy the sunrise with their coffee from their balcony in the mornings.

The Navarre Beach Fishing Pier is a record-holding fishing pier in Navarre, Florida. At 1,545 feet long, the pier is the longest of its kind in the state. It is the 15th longest public pier of any kind in the United States.

Juana's Pagodas and Andy D's local restaurants provide food and entertainment - live music, volleyball, as well as hosting events for holidays and special occasions.

Beach chairs and umbrella are provided in the condo if you want to set them up yourself.

We really enjoyed the condo. Beautiful place and view. Little things matter, like the shelving unit by the fridge and by sinks in the bathrooms. We've stayed at Sundunes 5 times, this was the best unit we've stayed in. We look forward to booking again. Great and helpful host!

By far the best condo we have had at the beach. Perfect size for my husband and self. Comfortable furniture, well furnished kitchen, loved the chairs on the balcony. The East facing window let morning sun in, without having the afternoon heat warm the room. Its everything the owners describe in the rental description.

Little piece of heaven

Stay was wonderful! Condo was cozy, 7 floor was perfect! View was amazing as was the beach. Beach was never crowded could always find a spot up front even when we didnt go out till 11am! Great memorues were made!

Nice condo with east and front facing windows

The condo is well-decorated, nice views, comfortable beds and deck furniture. It's smaller than where we usually stay, but it was fine for the four of us. Our extended family rented the house next door to us, so we were able to see them from our east-facing windows in the living room. The weather was perfect and the water clear and calm all week. We spotted many dolphins from the 7th floor. I would return to this condo.

Excellence location!

This condo was nice and clean, and set up like home. We had everything we needed to cook meals. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, and cart to take it all down to the beach too. The location was spectacular! Seeing the Gulf and the Sound from the condo was extra special especially at night. Nice pool not crowded. Beach was not crowded like down by the pier. Must see Navarre Beach Turtle Conservation Center and visit Sweet Pea, and the Pier. Saw dolphins and sea turtles right off the pier. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We absolutely loved it!

Pleasant place to stay

Loved the views from the condo. Great balcony furniture!We had extra teens show up and were delighted to discover the sofa bed. Management approval was great.

This condo is the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony to view the gulf. The ease of access to the beach was a major plus, it’s a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. My favorite part was having coffee readily available because I love having coffee in the mornings.

My family of four had a great stay. Condo was super clean and included all the necessities needed. Had a great view and beach was not overly crowded. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

This is a wonderful condo in a perfect location! On arrival, I was blown away by the cleanliness of the unit. It’s also incredibly well stocked with kitchen/cooking supplies, beach chairs and toys and a gorgeous view. If you’re looking for a beautiful and uncrowded beach vacation spot, this is it!

Perfect!

My daughter and her husband stayed for their honeymoon and it was perfect! The condo was clean and the view was beautiful! The personal touches with rose petals on the bed were so special!Communication with the owners was outstanding! Would definitely book with them again!

Perfect Little Space

The condo was the perfect size for myself and two teenagers. It had a very homey vibe which I loved. Kitchen was fully applianced with pans and utensils galore. My only suggestion would be a ramp without steps. Hauling my gear across the sand was very difficult even with a wagon.

Everything you need and no “chores”

This place is great! Very clean and the hosts have taken care to provide all that would be needed from towels and beach supplies to shampoo and soap and all kitchen essentials. No huge list of things to do upon checkout either. Great communication as well. Everything went smoothly.

Beautiful condo with lots of perfect views of the beach from the living room. I really like the easy access to the beach and pool. Very clean with plenty of towels and bed linens. Bed is on the soft side yet comfortable.

Navarre has been 'The Best Kept Secret' and is now "Florida's Most Relaxing Place". While it has the seclusion to relax, it also is not a far drive for those who like shopping and entertainment as well.
