This beautiful remodeled home, featured on season one of HGTV's Lake Home Renovations, is your soon to be favorite home-away-from-home! Situated perfectly on Weiss Lake, this home showcases a private pier with amazing views, a large yard perfect for outdoor activities, a fire pit, and a screened porch with a gas grill making it perfect for a relaxing evening after a long day on the water.

As you enter the home you'll be met with beautiful rustic decor that will make you feel right at home instantly. The open living kitchen area gives families and friends the perfect place to spend time together - with comfortable seating and a well stocked kitchen - memories are sure to be made. As you retire to the sleeping quarters, you'll have get a great night's sleep preparing you for another exciting day on Weiss Lake!

Let's face it...everyone comes to Weiss Lake to enjoy the water. But with this home, you'll get the best of both worlds! We can't wait to host your stay!
Right to privacy hours are from 10:00 P - 8:00 A

During right to privacy hours, registered overnight guests only allowed on the property.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older - and must be present during duration of rental.

Please do not put thermostat on emergency heat or the "on" option. Using the auto function for both heating and cooling works best for this property.

Loved the property

Loved the property! House is still in process of being worked on. Was very clean and we really enjoyed the dock and sunroom!!

House definitely need some tlc. Issues with heat control. more detail needed in cleaning glass windows/doors. New toaster needed. Had great time. Views from the doc was great. Plenty of supplies provided. Beautiful property and plenty of room for large groups inside and out.

Great Weekend Getaway

We loved our weekend here. It was so quiet and relaxing. The sunroom and dock was fantastic. We enjoyed some fishing and football. The management team made everything simple. Great Weekend!

Awesome lake spot!

This property is great for a lake-getaway! We loved the outdoor pavilion and the dock! Inside was cozy and clean. Everything we needed was provided. We will be back! Thank you so much.

Adequate

One bedroom had a big patch job on the ceiling that wasn’t finished/painted. One of the three beds didn’t have support underneath it and was quite uncomfortable. Advertised as having a grill - we didn’t see a grill anywhere and kitchen was bare minimum, no potholders which made it hard to get anything out of the oven. Other than that it was just OK.

Lake house weekend getaway-pros and cons

The lake house has some nice features. The sunroom is spacious and inviting for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. However the outdoor cushions are stained and moldy which caused our allergies to bloom. The dock is really nice but be prepared for a couple hundred yard walk. Take your floats and supplies in the wagon. The water is between 3-4 ft deep at the end of the dock and there is no power. The Adirondack chairs are all cracking and breaking. The house is decorated in a rustic design but much in the description needs to be updated. There is only 1 queen size bed. The other 2 are full. The AC can be lowered during the day but during the night it turns off. The bedrooms become quite stuffy. There is no dishwasher or ice maker. No electrical outlets in the main bathroom. The closet doors are off in the master-sitting inside the closet which could pose a hazard to children. Found 8 plates, 3 bowls, and 5 cups. Take your own if all want soup/cereal/coffee. The silverware is lacking as well. In a disposable tray we found 5 butter knives, 3 large spoons, and some cocktail forks. No teaspoons. Bring your own. Their “pantry” was nasty as were many of the kitchen items. There was no Arrival/Welcome sheet that usually lists the WiFi password and other information. I contacted the management company 3 times for the WiFi password.Was sent an auto reply initial email each time with no info for WIFI listed. This lakehouse could be a fun destination but needs lots of TLC.
