Beautiful place really close to city place and downtown Clematis Street. Just a quick 5-10 min uber to get anywhere downtown. The neighborhood was a little ruff, but we felt safe in the apartment. I would rent again.

Great host; close to everything

No surprises here other than how organized and efficient Stan is as a host — his level of outreach is amazing! The place looks exactly as appears in the photos and feels larger.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the home was clean and as expected. Regarding the couch, it is a high-quality piece and has been appreciated by many other guests. That said, we understand that comfort can be a matter of personal preference. We appreciate your input and will continue doing our best to provide a great experience for all guests. Thank you again for your stay.

Beautiful property near Cityplace

Very cute 2 bedroom condo. Stan is a very accommodating host and super responsive. The place is very comfortable and a one mile walk to Cityplace (not the prettiest walk, we Uber'd back). Early checkin and late checkout were available, which we needed (for a fee).Only recommendation I have for Stan is the sofa is due for a replacement, the cushions are worn down.Overall, a great stay and I would stay with Stan again.
