Place was as advertised. Not really near any beach. Clean. Basics provided. As stated in other posts, couch uncomfortable.

Beautiful place really close to city place and downtown Clematis Street. Just a quick 5-10 min uber to get anywhere downtown. The neighborhood was a little ruff, but we felt safe in the apartment. I would rent again.

Great host; close to everything

No surprises here other than how organized and efficient Stan is as a host — his level of outreach is amazing! The place looks exactly as appears in the photos and feels larger.

Beautiful property near Cityplace

Very cute 2 bedroom condo. Stan is a very accommodating host and super responsive.The place is very comfortable and a one mile walk to Cityplace (not the prettiest walk, we Uber'd back). Early checkin and late checkout were available, which we needed (for a fee).Only recommendation I have for Stan is the sofa is due for a replacement, the cushions are worn down.Overall, a great stay and I would stay with Stan again.

Unclean, Loud neighbors,

The short review is that we stayed in the property for one night (Saturday) of an expected 8. The manager didn't respond to my initial question until a few weeks later. The property was billed as clean and quiet. Upon arrival, the front door was not well dirty, with marks and needed a paint job. The white walls of the unit had numerous black marks. The floors, which are vinyl, were very sticky. I cleaned the entire unit including the floors. The patio screen doors were not in place, laying on the balcony. The main room furniture was cheap and lightweight. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were the best feature of the property, but the white walls had several scuff marks. The dryer wasn't even connected to the vent, so there was no dryer heat. We were awakened shortly after 12 am to loud rap music in the unit directly above us with a party going on. It stopped at 3:20 am. After leaving for about 4 hours Sunday, we returned to the balcony above us with activity, loud music and the overwhelming smell of marijuana. We gathered our belongings, straightened up and left. I informed the manager we were checking out Sunday Nov 10 after less than 24 hours after checking in. I explained I wanted to work something out regarding the almost $1700 dollars paid for the reservation, and to this day (11/17/2024) have not received any reply. I have contacted an attorney and will pursue legal action. It was an awful experience for myself and for my Dad.
