**Living & Dining**
Relax in the spacious living area by the modern electric fireplace, where you can control the color, brightness, and heat. Unwind on the comfortable seating and stream your favorite shows on the 55” Smart TV with 125 channels. The living space flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen and dining area, perfect for gathering.

**Gourmet Kitchen**
The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef`s dream, featuring quartz countertops, a breakfast bar island with seating for three, and stainless steel appliances. You`ll find everything you need and more, including:
* Gas stove/range, 3-door refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher
* A complete coffee and tea station: Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, espresso pot, and electric tea kettle
* Appliances: blender, juicer, toaster, and food processor
* A dedicated desk for remote work

**Bedrooms & Bathrooms**
All three bedrooms offer a serene retreat with queen-sized beds, fine cotton linens, 40” Smart TVs, and custom blackout shades for a restful night`s sleep.
* **Owner’s Suite:** Features a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet, and a cozy sitting chair. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like haven with a double floating vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower with a rain faucet.
* **Two Guest Bedrooms:** Both are beautifully appointed, one with a dresser and the other with a bench, sharing a stylish hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a backlit vanity mirror.

**Outdoor Living**
Enjoy the Carolina weather from your choice of outdoor spaces. Sip your morning coffee on the oversized deck, complete with a dining table for six, or lounge with a good book in the hammock on the charming front porch.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed

Make sure to turn off the lights & fireplace when you leave the house. Close & lock the windows and lock the door (press the Yale logo on Keypad).
Remove items in refrigerator and take garbage to trash carts.
Run disposal with cold water to ensure no food is in the disposal.
Let us know if there is any damage or breakage as soon as possible but no later than checkout
Additional cleaning (excessive mess) - $100.00 per hour
Any significant damage, including smoking in the house or on the property, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and cost to remediate.
No more than 6 registered guests or visitors on the property. Unregistered or unapproved (must be in writing) guests or visitors $150 per person per day and you may be required to immediately vacate.
Outdoor security cameras are installed facing the garden/driveway, deck and front entrance. Smoke and Noise monitored. No disabling or tampering with outdoor cameras or monitors, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and fees.
Not to be used for commercial purposes including photo and/or video
No air mattresses
This is a residential property; it is vital that the space and all common areas are respected to the highest degree. Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant forfeit of your entire reservation and possible fees.
MAIL DELIVERY: Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. It`s recommended to obtain a local PO Box if you need access to mail during your stay.
TIMELY CHECKOUTS: Unapproved Late checkouts will incur a fee of $100 per hour (or any part of an hour) over check out time. Our turnover team is on a pretty tight schedule, and unfortunately we can’t accommodate checkouts past 10am.
SMOKING: Not allowed in or around property (this also includes hookah) Minimum $895 fee
TOWELS + LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels (normal wear & tear is expected). Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels.
PHOTO: Registrant must have a legible photo with their profile
PETS: Pets are not allowed on property; $1,000 pet fee
LOCAL GUESTS: Please send inquiry before booking a reservation explaining the purpose of the visit
Any violation of the house rules can lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund; you may also incur additional fees and forfeiture of your booking fees and security deposit
We are not responsible for injury caused by hammock use.
All guests are required to provide phone number, email address, and agreement to your house rules.
