Located in sunny White Gold, you will enjoy a 2bedroom , 1 bathroom with cable, WIFI, hot tub.
One bedroom with a king size bed that can be made into 2 twin XL Large mirrored closet. The other bedroom features a queen bed with a desk and chair and closet. The living room has a pull out sofa for the occasional guest. The kitchen is newly renovated with all new appliances, including washer/dryer.
The property has a lovely landscaped yard and lawn with views to the mountains. The covered large backyard patio has table chairs, BBQ, hot tub.
There is a neighbourhood tennis court and play climbing equipment at the end of the street.
It is also the entrance to Lost lake which provides miles of biking and walking trails as well as great swimming in the summer.
We are also close to The Squamish Lil'wat cultural center and museum as well as the Audain museum . The architecture of both is magnificent. They also have special activities.
May has the Whistler GO Festival, TEDx. In June whistler has the Tough Mudder race, Father's Day activities. In July Whistler celebrates the Children's festival, Canada Day Activities, Red Bull race for older youths and adults with straight uphill racing. In August there is Crankworx Whistler ( mountain biking and racing festival),art on the lake ,live music. In September is Whistler Beer Festival and the Granfondo from Vancouver to Whistler. The Whistler Writers Festival and the Whistler 50 Relay race. Please check for the exact dates of the festivals.

We are a family of 2 professionals and 4 children who are now adults with children of there own. Our whole family loves the 4 season activities and festivals of Whistler as well as the close proximity to Vancouver. The home is wonderful family retreat.
We also have a passion for North West Indigenous art- totem poles, plaques, masks, paintings etc.

After skiing with our 4 young children and travelling with 27 pieces of luggage between skis, boots, snowboards etc, and having trouble accommodating our family in any condo or condo hotel complex, we decided we had to find a permanent location for our family to enjoy winter sports. Whistler was ideal. There was lots of apre ski activities for children of all ages and eventually teenagers as well. The variety of other sports activities was wonderful- between snowshoeing and cross country skiing at Lost lake at the end of our street to the extensive Callighan xcountry ski trails. In the summer, with Lost lake at the end of our street and the extensive biking and walking trails and swimming in the lake, this location is truly a year round dream for us. Also various festivals, art galleries, music, great museums and restaurants made this destination enjoyable, exciting and very special. The proximity to Vancouver and the spectacular drive up to Whistler made the trip from the airport beautiful. Our family, now including grandchildren,continue to find Whistler a great pace to be. We hope our guests find our home a wonderful place to stay in such a spectacular place as Whistler.
