Great value and host
We had a very nice time during our visit to Phoenix. The property was as described, and looked clean and ready when we arrived. We were so happy to find a place that allows cats as well as dogs! It made the trip much easier being able to bring my cat. Our host Drew was very responsive and thorough. We weren't able to find the remote to the TV, and when I messaged Drew he offered to have a replacement sent the next morning. He gave us very clear instructions for checking in. The AC was working well which we definitely needed. There were a couple moments where the wifi went out but it was not disruptive and appeared to be fixed quickly. There is plenty of storage space and parking was easy.
The neighborhood is a quiet residential area and close to the city and activities. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants, and a coffee shop. It looked like there were other people staying in the other units but we didn't hear them at all and there were no issues with privacy.
This property is a great value for anyone visiting the city. The listing is accurate and tells you exactly what is available at the property so be sure to check it so you know what to bring. The beds are on the stiff side which was great for us but could be an issue for some. I did see a mattress topper and extra bedding for those who need a bit more cushioning. Overall, the comfort and hospitality Drew provided made this stay very nice and relaxing. Thank you!
