This beautiful, newly renovated apartment, is in a fantastic downtown location steps to all the shops and restaurants along the harbor, Bellevue mansions and a short drive to the beaches.
Located on the first floor of a historic two family home, this spacious apartment has central air, wide pine floors, a large kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counters and a spa like bath with washer/dryer and double sinks. There is a lovely fenced in back yard with outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. One street parking pass is included with this home. Available for Summer 2024, monthly only, June $6,000, July $8000, August $8000.
