The music festival outside the marina was planned a few days before the city authorities and, unfortunately, we could not expect it to be so loud. But it only took place over the weekend, which was not long at all. We could not influence the volume of music at city festivals. When booking, we indicate in the rules that cleaning of the apartment is provided only after guests check out, if our guests require additional cleaning, we can do this for an additional fee, according to our tariff. Thank you for your attention to carbon monoxide detectors. We have already purchased them, but installation requires special service, which we expect soon. The road you indicated to the beach is usually used by our guests during the day, since it is not lit, but is the shortest. For walking at night, they use another asphalt road (it is 80 meters longer), which is well lit at all times. Our complex is located in an elevated position, which provides a magnificent view of the ocean for our guests, but this is the reason for the presence of steps in the complex. Some guests prefer to use Uver or Bolt taxis, which are available and not expensive in Albufeira (3.5 euros for a trip "complex - beach", 4 euros for a trip "complex - Old Town" Moreover, if our guests have a car, they can go up using an elevator without steps. You can also approach the pool without steps; to do this you need to go around it from the other side. We still hope that your holiday was pleasant and you were able to enjoy it.
