Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow, swimming pool heated (37 m2, depth 70 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Table tennis. In the house: sun terrace, roof terrace, burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, sandy beach 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Marina 4.5 km.
