Had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local tips. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet at night. I’d definitely stay here again!

The property is perfectly located between the Intracoastal and the ocean. The view of the iconic Jupiter Lighthouse never grows old. The unit is beautifully renovated with high-end finishes and nicely appointed. The owners are very attentive and have thought of every detail you will need for your stay. I Highly recommend this little slice of paradise!

Nightmare

The condo was very nice. But there are definite shortcomings. We were not advised that the washer/dryer location did not provide a dollar/coin machine. Coins had to to purchased elsewhere. The front door to the unit was not installed properly causing great difficulty in opening. The stall shower does not have safety bars. I managed but others could fall. The sliding glass doors from the bedrooms to the balcony had metal thresholds about 3 inches high, a serious hazard...should be painted yellow or some other bright color to warn anyone stepping out onto the balcony. The worst problem by far was the elevator went out of order twice in the twelve days that we stayed there. We had to walk very carefully up and down the staircase each time. The unit is on the 4th floor. That killed it for my wife. The day after the second elevator broke down my wife was so upset she insisted upon going home which we did that day. We forfeited the entire cost of the 28 day vacation. The unit owner was pleasant enough but the place is a disaster.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at our condo. We are glad to hear that you found the condo to be nice. However, we are sorry to learn that your experience was not up to par. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the washer/dryer location and the issue with the front door. We will certainly look into these issues and address them accordingly. Regarding the stall shower, we understand your concern about safety bars. The main bath shower does not have bars, but the second bathroom shower does for anyone who may need it. As for the sliding glass doors, we appreciate your feedback. These doors are brand new (hurricane-proof) and designed to prevent water and air intrusion per Florida code. We are truly sorry that the elevator went out of order during your stay. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when staying on the 4th floor. The elevator was fixed within an hour of the issue and has not had any issues since you left the property. We hope that despite the issues you faced during your stay, you were able to enjoy your time in our condo. We appreciate your business and value your feedback as it helps us improve our guests' experience. Sincerely, Paul Van Ert
