Clean lovely house with 3 bedrooms (5 beds) plus sleeper sofa available per request and 2 full bathrooms, heated pool and two-car garage. House is in a great location near shopping plazas, restaurants and the famous Legacy Trail perfect for biking, running and more. You will have short distance to Nokomis Beach, Caspersen Beach, Manasota Beach, Starbucks and a lots of places to visit in the Sarasota and Venice area....you can walk to the First Watch for breakfast or lunch, shop at Dollar Tree, Burlington, Marshall's, Beals and stop at Bonefish on the way home...while it's not within walking distance to the beach it is 3 miles drive to Sharky's on the Pier or only about 4 miles away from the Venice Beach. Situated at a dead-end in a peaceful community. Lots of outdoor space around the house with beautiful palm trees and a large patio area around the pool is great for sunning, dinner at sunset or looking at the stars. Board games, a gas grill, and more at your disposal.

Perfect Getaway for families, couples and friends. Pets are welcome with additional pet fee. This Home will make you happy and relaxed. It's very comfortable. You will love it....

Adorable house close to beaches

Quiet neighborhood that was centrally located. The home owner was extremely nice and the home was immaculate. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Family Vacation Home with Everything You Need!

We stayed with our family of four, two adults and two kids (ages 10 and 7). Checking in was a breeze, using the provided garage and door code. The house was very clean and modern. It was stocked with literally everything you could need! We've stayed at a handful of VRBO's and have never found a place that had everything you could possibly think of that a guest might need, like this place did. The beds and pillows were also very comfy, which you don't always get when you're staying away from home. The pool was definitely the cake topper! It was like Christmas for our kids, being able to just step out the door and have your very own pool. They have a ton of beach and pool toys to enjoyas well. We also had a blast using the foosball/pool/air hockey table. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO!!

Beautiful home!

Anna's home is just beautiful. Every room has been updated and is perfect for vacationing. The pool area is gorgeous and Anna was responsive to any questions.We would definitely stay here again!

Great house

Our family stayed in this house for spring break. Great house - nice layout with enough comfortable sleeping options for everyone. Good common areas as well. Pool was great - clean & warm. Kids stated that it was their favorite vacation house that we’ve stayed in!

Wavy Palms

One of the nicest homes we’ve rented. Newly remodeled home and pool area, super clean, kitchen supplied with everything you would need, beach towels, chairs and toys. Will definitely rent again.

An absolutely wonderful experience

We were delighted with our stay. We have never stayed at a nicer home. The owner is gracious, attentive, helpful and keeps the home impeccably clean. The heated pool was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The beach is a short drive and downtown Venice is 2 miles away. Great grocery and supplies for daily needs less than a mile. Our granddaughters came and stayed for a week and the 3 bedrooms can accommodate an extended family. The entire home was recently remodeled and there are great appliances. We signed up for time next year - nothing more to say.

Great home!

This home was perfect for my family of 6. It had everything we needed including stuff to bring out to the beach! Chairs, toys, even a shark tooth shovel lol. We had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone!

Last minute Christmas need

Perfect for what we needed, which was a crashpad for 4 plus a dog since all of us couldn't fit at grandmas. Grandma doesn't have a pool like this house does.10 min walk to shopping (using the path along the utility wires - also a local unofficial dog walk). 10 min drive to beaches.Well appointed home with all devices should you have chefs amongst your group.ROKU TV setup is nice, your 10 minn drive to

Perfect House!

We had a fantastic family stay at this house. Great communication, house was exactly as pictured/described, and probably the cleanest rental we have stayed at. Location is very convenient and neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were several games to entertain the kids. Pool was nice as well.

Perfect 4-night stay

We stayed at this house for 4 nights to attend a family funeral in Venice. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool is a plus. The location met our needs perfectly.

Wow!

We did not want to leave! What an amazing property. The host were kind and communicative. The property was immaculate and the space was quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of entertainment for all ages. We LOVED it!. I look forward to using this property again in the near future!

Wavy Palms Review

Our recent stay at Wavy Palms was fantastic for myself, and a few kids while in the area for a baseball tryout. The accommodations were as described, and clean. One of the most important things in using Vrbo for me. Clean space. The house had everything we needed and made our stay perfect. Anna and the check in and communication process couldnt have been better and I would definitely stay again if in the area based on our recent visit

Splish Splash, we loved this pool!

This property was SO clean. The kitchen is well equipt and we didn't have to buy items at Publix such as dish & clothes detergent, new sponge, paper towels, paper cups, and the list goes on. The pool is sparkly clean with so many pools toys & floats. My 4 grandkids enjoyed the pool so much and spent hours with their cousins and never bored. The location was ideal for us being near the beaches and my son & family's house. The bedroom was a perfect place for the kids to share a room! I will hopefilly reserve this house when the family gets together again!

Amazing property

we had such a good time. We were pleasantly surprised, the house was nicely renovated, clean, and just like in the pictures! We enjoyed our time here and loved the house so much. Fantastic rental!

Great house and pool! The house was very clean, well appointed and equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and a great configuration for a family with children! We did a lot of cooking and grilling and the kitchen was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and had lots of fun swim time! Pool toys were a bonus! This property was exceptional in Every way!!

Will Stay There Again!

The house was charming and we enjoyed the few days while there. We have family in the area and we have already decided we will rent this home again. The owner was wonderful to work with and replied to questions/requests very quickly.
