Comfy vacation

Our stay at this property was very nice. We like to visit Venice at least once a year. The house is clean, roomy and has a great outdoor space. We will try to book this house as often as we can.

Pool house

We stayed at this house for a month. The house was very clean and spacious. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. Our son and his family came and stayed for a week over Christmas. They were in their own separate wing and had their own private bathroom. The house is situated on a lot surrounded by luscious vegetation and greenery. We really enjoyed the privacy that this allowed. The pool was clean and very inviting. The location of this home is really good, right between Venice and Englewood and close to the beaches. Our hostess was very quick to respond when we had questions.We would stay there again.

beautiful house

We had a pleasant and relaxing time in this house. everything is like in the pictures! The house is nicely decorated, has some amenities, the kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the pool and garden invite you to relax. Communication with Angie was uncomplicated and she is easy to reach. We would be happy to recommend the house.

Red driveway

Second time staying at this property. Location is perfect. Close to Walmart, Manasota beach, North Jetty. Right in Venice. Can’t ask for a better location. Sharks teeth heaven. Pool is nice. My favorite part of the home is the tv area. Relaxing, homey vibe.

My Happy Place

This was my second stay at this home. It’s serene, comfortable, relaxing. Home has everything you need and is in very short drive to 7-8 beautiful beaches. I hope to stay again.

Paradise for the Price!

This house was better than I could have ever hoped! Driving up, I couldn’t have imagined what was on the other side of the door! Walk in and you are in a little piece of paradise! The house is spacious and decorated beautifully. I only slept in the master bedroom, but the mattress, pillows and bedding were all superb. Plenty of big, fluffy towels are provided. Kitchen is fully appointed with anything you could need. Washer and dryer are newer. The back yard and pool area are lovely. You are within 10-15 minutes of multiple beautiful beaches and can easily go to a different one every day! I hope to rent this home again in the future, I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed staying in this home!♥️♥️♥️♥️

Great home and Pool

We loved the house and pool. It has everything you need. The home was very clean and the the pool was like a tropical oasis. Angie the propery manager was so helpful in every question we had.

This house looks the same in person as in the pictures. As each of us arrived, the comments were the same. "Wow, this is beautiful." Next trip to Venice, I will be staying there.

Little paradise

Everyone in my group loved this house. They provided everything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and extra blankets. My girls loved the outside shower. It was especially useful after a day at the beach. Angie was quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again if we visit the Venice area.

Outstanding rental property

House is very nice and private! Beautiful pool area just outside of screened Florida room. Spacious family room with comfy furniture and additional dining table and chairs. The master bedroom king bed was so comfortable. My husband and I slept really well during our stay. The kitchen is really nice and well stocked for preparing meals. We experienced two minor issues: The tap water was unpleasant smelling during the first 3-4 days. We think this happens when the water isn’t run for long periods of time. We are not familiar with navigating dish tv so we weren’t able to use the tvs. All in all this is a great property! The property manager communicated with us very well when necessary.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had the most enjoyable time at this amazing property. Conveniently located to literally everything (beaches, restaurants, shopping...) but nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ultra privacy. The house had everything you would want/need with plenty of room to spread out, lounge around and relax. The backyard pool was truly special. Thank you!
