This home has one king bed, one queen bed, two double beds, 4 twin beds and a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 12-14 guests comfortably.

A charming kids' nook is tucked just off the twin bedroom complete with a trundle bed and another kids’ nook is off the upstairs den with 2 single beds.

Quiet Hours are between 11pm to 8am. This must be respected as we have neighbors who are local residents.

🐾 PET POLICY OVERVIEW
We welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval, subject to the following rules:
• ✅ Up to 2 dogs allowed per reservation
• 🐕 No aggressive breeds or large dogs over 75 lbs
• 🐾 Dogs must be house-trained and non-destructive
• 🛋️ No pets allowed on furniture or beds
• 🚫 No unattended pets indoors unless crated
• 💩 All outdoor pet waste must be cleaned up immediately
• 💦 Please dry pets thoroughly before entering the cabin

PET FEE: $250 per stay
SECURITY DEPOSIT: An additional $300 may be charged if damage or excessive pet hair is found.

Prohibited Breeds (including mixes):
Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Presa Canario, Mastiff, Cane Corso, or any other breed with known aggressive tendencies.

By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to all pet-related terms listed above.


Weather: We do not offer refunds for events that our out of our control including inclement weather. We only offer refunds for mandatory evacuations due to Hurricanes. We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your reservation.
