The Ebony is a four-bedroom East Nashville bungalow where the porch light is always on and the beds are freshly made. We designed this home for the way people actually travel together, and believe the ultimate luxury is time with the people you love. There's space to be apart, and a kitchen that pulls everyone back in. A big island, good knives, wine glasses already out, and something worth sitting down for.

The Space
Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and room to breathe. The main floor has two queen bedrooms (one with its own attached bathroom), along with the kitchen, living area, and screened-in porch. Upstairs is the primary king suite with a soaking tub, and the bunk room. Every bed has a DreamCloud Premier mattress. Every room has blackout shades.

There's a reading nook for the one who disappears with a book, a Peloton for the one who doesn't skip a workout, and two 65" Smart TVs for the ones who just want to sink into the couch after a long day exploring the city. High-speed fiber internet keeps you connected if you're mixing work into the trip.

The kitchen was made for gathering, whether you're cooking a full meal or just uncorking a bottle of wine and ordering in. Pack 'N Play and high chair available on request.

Outdoors
The screened-in porch is where mornings begin and evenings wind down. There's also a covered side pergola for morning coffee, a spacious fenced backyard, and a driveway that fits three cars comfortably.

Good to Know
Our home is best suited for families, couples, and small groups. We ask that guests respect our neighbors with outdoor quiet hours from 9 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events, no smoking or open flames, and no pets. A security deposit hold and signed rental agreement are required after booking. Exterior security cameras are present on the property. Early and late checkout may be available upon request.
