Deer Lake State Park is Prominence is nestled between the infamous Seaside and beautiful Alys/Rosemary Beach towns on 30a, with many other quaint spots to visit like Watercolor, Seagrove Beach, Seacrest, Watersound, Blue Mountain Beach, and more. INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL! Tranquili-Sea will come furnished with a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial supplies include : dishwasher soap pods (2), washing machine pods (2), each bathroom hand soap and one roll of toilet paper. Kitchen has one roll of paper towels, dish soap, and new sponge. All bed linens & towels, including 4 beach towels, are provided.
**Only 2 parking spots are available at the unit. Limited overflow parking is available within the Prominence area.
NOTE: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at our house with their party for the entire stay. Also, all drivers of our Street Legal Golf Cart MUST be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid driver’s license and their up-to-date auto insurance card. In addition, they must electronically sign the liability waiver on our Legal Rental Agreement that will be emailed to each eligible driver via DocuSign.
