Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Take advantage of our special discounted rates during our property improvements! Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. At least 1 pool will remain open during this time. Enjoy the white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico when you book our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full baths condo that sleeps 8. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen and supplied with everything you will need to prepare meals when you come in from a long day on the beach. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the balcony just off the living area or wake up in the master bedroom with king bed or the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds with full windows for the amazing views as well! In addition, the sleeper sofa, sleeps 2 comfortably! Our condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. All furniture is new! Condo 1203 is located in Tower 2 on the 12th floor - very close to the Lagoon Pool. Four beach chairs and two umbrellas are provided in the condo for guest use.

When you stay here, you may enjoy all we have to offer, such as the beachfront view, 3 community pools, a hot tub, a poolside restaurant that offers sandwiches, snacks and drinks.

There's so much to do here in PCB when you book with us! Stay on the beach and enjoy the sand and water, go parasailing, deep sea fishing, swim with dolphins, golf, paddle boarding, rent a jet ski, play mini golf, go to Wonderworks for a fantastic fun time! When it comes to what you'll be eating down here, you're in good hands! If you decide to dine out, you're in for a treat! There's a great amount of amazing traditional food and seafood spots throughout the area! We are actually located just down the beach from the world famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar.
Free Beach Chairs: 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas will be available in the condo for your use.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The only drawback was that it was under construction and we had to provide our own floats for the lazy river but we adapted well.

Condo is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a couple of "bumps" with the shower, but the issues were my fault. Communication was excellent and supportive during a holiday weekend.

In spite of some maintenance going on with the resort and VERY FEW needed for the condo we LOVED 2-1203 and will definitely rebook in the future!! Farah was AWESOME to quickly respond to any of our questions and/or concerns. The beds and seating were EXTREMELY comfortable! The TVs are smart TVs and easy on the eyes. The view from the balcony front and back was beautiful and the resort location was perfect!!! The condo is close to some great shopping and restaurants. It has everything you need and close to the elevator and trash drop off. Enjoy!!!

Long Beach Resort

Beautiful condo with stunning views!

Online pictures do not exaggerate thus beautifully decorated condo with absolutely amazing views! Check-in process as well as set-up for beach time was seamless. We really enjoyed our time spent in the condo as well as our time out exploring the restaurants, shops and bars. Every meal was delicious & the cocktails were fabulous. Will definitely hope to return to PCB sometime soon!

Great condo!

This was such an awesome place to stay while in PCB! The condo is HUGE, very stylishly decorated, and everything was extremely comfortable….wthe furniture the beds, etc.The amazing sweeping views, of the world’s most beautiful beach, from the living room and bedrooms took my breath away every time I saw it lolI would definitely stay here again if I ever am lucky enough to come back to Panama City!
