Spring Break

Property was great, not too crowded over spring break. This unit is beautiful and very spacious. Love having a view from every room, extra balcony, and extra kitchenette for 3rd bedroom. Nice appliances. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

The pictures were spot on with the way this property looked, gaving us many memories. Other than the fact we were not allowed into the room early, eventhough it was not being cleaned or anything was a bummer, but we made the most of the time and were still able to access the beach and hangout by the pool for a couple hours. We had 2 families with 5 kids in total from 12-19 years old. The kids were in their glory. Dolphins every morning as we had coffee on the balcony. Within walking distance to so many things! Best double famly vacation by far! Owner was very easy to contact by text for any questions hope to be back soon!

Youth Group College Tour - Party of Nine

This place was an amazing find! We had a group of nine (seven high school students and two chaperones) and it was perfect for us. Each room had a fantastic view of the beach, and there was plenty of space for everyone, including a pull-out couch bed that came in handy. The large dining table was great for group meals and card games, and the kitchen was spacious, just be sure to stock up on groceries. We loved that our stretch of beach had several volleyball nets (bring a ball!), and the house was stocked with helpful beach gear like chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and some toys. Even though the water was a little chilly in March, we still had a blast playing volleyball in the rain. Walmart was only a 3-minute drive away, and we even walked to Waffle House. There were so many places within walking distance. We only wish we had more time to enjoy it all, but our early morning tours at FAMU and FSU kept us on a schedule. Hands down this was an EXCEPTIONAL rental!

Fall Break on the beach!

Best beach getaway ever!!

The beach resort is in a wonderful location, convenient to so many restaurants, grocery store, and anything else we could need. The condominium itself is a corner unit, beautiful views, and beautifully decorated and super clean. The layout was wonderful for the 10 of us. We had our own areas; the living room area was roomy and accommodated all of us comfortably. The three bathrooms were just right. The balcony area was the icing on the cake. Very comfortable seating and the views were perfect. The pools and beach were easily accessible. This was our eighth annual nurses beach trip, but this was by far the best condominium we have ever stayed at. I hope we are able to book this again next year.

Just as nice as the pictures

Perfect for our family of 7 ( 3 boys and 2 girlfriends) The boys had a room and so did the girls. Love that there is no parking garage. Never had to wait long for elevator. We have stayed at The Long Beach several times over the years but this was our favorite condo we have stayed in!

Great room- terrible maintenance help

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo but from very beginning we had trouble with management. Was promised early check in as unit had been vacant for two days before us. We arrived a few hours early with toddlers in tow and repeatedly got the old “ we will call you soon with door code” routine. Finally after my son in law got rude himself - they just gave us the code immediately. As if they had it the whole time. Upon arrival we were very impressed with condo. Very clean, nice furniture and appliances, extra bedding. All you need!! But 2 days in water started pouring through bathroom ceiling. POURING. We scrambled to remove our items and to keep condo damage to minimum. Called immediately to report. And I must say the service was unspeakable. Found out this was an overflowing TOILET. Maintenance never came. - til next day. We were left to clean and disinfect remove broken tiles - bathroom was unusable until next day. 😳 with kids this is bad. Condo people absolutely did not care and seemed upset that we asked for new towels after having to use condos to clean up water and save their unit!! So nice place to stay but just know you’re on your own if anything breaks!! Have asked for a partial refund - so we will see what they say to that. Hopefully management is not the same as the lady answering the phone.

Perfect size for the family. Place is in a great location and perfect condition for the family. It was clean and ready for us to stay when we arrived. Everyone at the facility was friendly and helpful and very polite. Would stay again. We all loved the placed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just got back from a weeks stay at Long Beach Resort 2-901. There were 12 of us in a 3 bedroom rental, 6 adults and 6 kids. We had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of one another. The condo was up to date and had all of the major kitchen items. Including a blender and touch screen toaster, that took us all a minute to figure out. We have stayed at other Long Beach Resort Rentals and they have come with 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella. This one did not. It wasn't a big deal because we had all brought our own, but that added convenience is nice. The other thing is this condo only comes with 2 parking passes. You will have to purchase a third for an additional charge, but just email Blue Swell and they will have it waiting on you. Overall, we had an excellent stay and the people at Blue Swell were super nice and easy to work with. I will definitely be booking another stay with them in this condo. Long Beach Resort's pool and convenient location to Walmart and Pineapple Willy's make this my favorite place to stay in PCB!
